Outstanding service.

It took me a while to decide what and whether I could afford the bbq. Will was very patient and helpful at all times. Calls were always answered in a polite and professional manner and I even got to know the nameS of other staff such as Jemini and Cara. I think if the shoe was on the other foot I may not have been as patient!!

Very pleased with the appliance. The wrong cover was delivered but the correct one was delivered within the same week.

Special thank you Will - you were brilliant!!!

Disappointed

I paid for a barbecue weeks ago that said in stock online. I have waited patiently because of the situation but have heard nothing. I have chased twice now to hear it is arriving into the country next month but no delivery date. Clearly the item is not in stock. I will be chasing again today which I shouldn’t have to do, very disappointed.

New Aussie Barbecue

After many years of my old Aussie barbecue which has given good service, it was time to replace it. The Beef Eater BBQ - 4 burner meets all my requirements. Well built and easy to control as I expected. I would not have any problems in recommending Australian BBQ or Beef Eater BBQ to anyone, they are worth the money.....
