Terrible quality bulbs, be careful with the HID led replacement bulbs as the pins push back into the bulbs and you end up with a poor connection and the bulb goes off at times, cheap Chinese bulbs is what they are.

I ordered a green LED upgrade kit along with 2 green LEDs. Unfortunately, 2 LEDs were the wrong colour. I contacted Autobeam on Facebook Messenger and within about 4 minutes the new colour verified lights were shipped. Incredible performance, and the lights that did arrive were lovely and bright and well machined.

They may sell bright bulbs when new but they did not last long (less than 10k miles) and perhaps they are filtering low rating reviews on their website as the reviews I left are nowhere to be seen and they do not seem to match experiences seen on other platforms.

I couldn't recommend them based on the low product reliability and quality. Buy elsewhere.

Never had to deal with Customer Services so can't comment on that but in my experience I have received quality products on more than one occasion, all at a decent price and with quick delivery. Couldn't have asked for anything better really.

Very pleased with my response from Autobeam. I purchased a set of RS puddle lights from them in June I checked them on Thursday and one had failed. Got in touch with them on Thursday afternoon. Sent them photos of the failed unit on Friday. A replacement unit was sent out on Saturday and arrived this morning (Monday). Fitting and working. Great service from Autobeam.

Good company, products are nice. My LED sequential indicators have lasted approx 3 years before one has stopped working. Puddle lights also about the same, they now flash.

Purchased H11 bulbs as an upgrade for the foglights on my Fiesta. Ordered them on a Friday and they arrived the next morning as usual well packaged and a high quality product. Bought from Autobeam quite a few times and thoroughly recommend them.

I have been looking around for a company that could supply the LED bulbs for my Ford Ranger Wildtrak Custom. Not only did Autobeam have the right kit on their website, Tracey followed up and ensured that due to warning lights and systems on my vehicle, I had all the necessary kit to upgrade the following; Sidelights, Headlights, fog lights, interior lights and rear number lights, The quality of the kit is great as is the customer service. I have been using Autobeam for a while now and the quality of the product is great. Reversing lights are phenomenal, almost like reversing headlights. I also have LED indicators all round which work perfectly with the added resistors.

Autobeam have great products but their prices are misleading, and in this day and age, should be inclusive of VAT because the majority people buying from the UK will be vehicle owners and therefore not the trade where VAT can be claimed back. This needs sorting out, i appreciate you may sell to other countries and therefore your site should update with that country's tax laws. Get with the game and sort this out. It shows a lack of consideration for the customers.
