I hired Autoguard Spain to inspect a used car at a dealership in Sotogrande so that I could decide whether to buy it. The inspection was carried out the very next day, and I received a detailed and highly precise report. Based on that, I went ahead with the purchase. The car will be delivered at the beginning of May. I am very satisfied with Autoguard’s service.

I'd give zero, but not an option.

I have a failed water pump, on my VW Golf. It a single unit, that has a sleeve to control the flow that has seized. The repair is to replace the pump, but they say a seized component is not covered. You cannot replace the part, it's is the complete pump, and now they won't cover it. Absolutely fuming. Waste of money, miss sold...

A team able to explain the procedurer when a complaint its done. Very direct and no hidin coners.I received a Very good service and recomend to anyone.

The payout is fast and secure

Autoguard did not accept a single claim during my 15 month period, labelling each as ‘wear and tear’.
In the end I didnt even bother trying when the vehicle had a fault, because I knew that would be the response.
Total waste of money, which would have been better spent on the all garage bills that I ended up paying for myself.

The Satellite system was not working on our recently acquired Motorhome. Alan Kerr dealt with this issue and Autogaurd Warrenties had no hesitation in supplying the parts, no questions asked.
