Two terrible experiences at Toyota…
Two terrible experiences at Toyota Autonation Hayward—and I should’ve learned the first time. I gave them a second chance only because of their service coupons, but what’s the point when the service is awful and the staff is rude and not customer-focused?
Both times, I had an appointment for a simple oil change, and both times it took over three hours. The first visit, they refused to honor my coupon and the GM never returned my call despite my request. The second time, I waited for three hours at the dealership and found out my car hadn’t even been touched—so I left without receiving any service at all.
On both occasions, I asked to speak with a manager or the GM and never received a single call back. Absolutely unacceptable.
I will never return. Buyer beware—save your time and money and take your business elsewhere.
