Slightly rude reception
Slightly rude reception from the 2 men in the store when I came to pick up my order. It was my first order and wasn't aware online orders took a lot longer. Was no need for the attitude towards me when telling me this
When my order was ready 3 days later it was a different person behind the counter and was very friendly and efficient

Happy with the Thule product
Happy with the Thule product. Only niggle is described as “new” when clearly used for demonstration I.e. all the original packaging and bags opened. I guess eBay description as “demo” lowers the asking price.
