Booking a replacement windscreen could not be more simple. Easily went online and booked an appointment most convenient for me and had the confirmation like lightening. I had contact before the appointment giving me an approximate arrival time and before the appointment even had a call too. When Jarrad arrived he presented himself very professionally and asked if it's okay to get straight on with it. I felt completely comfortable leaving him to do the job and it wasn't long before there was a knock on the door to say it's all done. I was amazed at the pride he took in his job and workmanship taken on my Focus ST500 I could not be happier.

I have no reason whatsoever to not recommend Auto Windscreens as I have been treated so respectfully and feel looked after by them going forward as if there's any issues with the screen - my vehicle is on file so it can be resolved quickly which I felt was them going the extra mile. You really have done an amazing job and at no point did I feel unimportant. Well done everybody involved.

From Start to finish an excellent and seamless experience.The Team member who was assigned to our windscreen repair was only a young Guy, but his skill, manner and customer service was truly exceptional.I'ld love to give him a shout out but GPDR rightly restricts this. Suffice to say though that I would be very happy to recommend Auto Windscreens, Newcastle.

Excellent all round service and the advice given on 23/7 roadside and refit on 30/7.

Swift and friendly service on the day.

My only gripe is how long I had to wait to get the replacement (a month) but that's not the problem of the guys who delivered the service on the day. With a previous insurer a few years back, they used Autoglass and I recall it taking a matter of days for the replacement and they came to my house.

All went well and I hope they continue to do so - they seem to be a growing company who will no doubt soon be moving into larger premises.

Only slight negative was finding the right entrance into the site in Colchester. The sign could be s bit more prominent so it is easier to see.

Friendly, efficient staff and somewhere to sit while I waited. It was an extremely hot day and the waiting room stifling. It would have helped if the windows opened and a fan had been provided! But at least cold water was available which was a " life saver"!! The work took about an hour and seems very good. No rain to test for any leaks!!
