Never dealt with a better customer…
Never dealt with a better customer service team before! I had issues with the rubber o-rings that seal the hose between the pressure washer and gun. The original kit comes with 1 spare o-ring which id used as one of the original ones started leaking. Then another started leaking so I contacted the customer services. The next reply I got was an invoice of them ordering the first aid kit. Complete with all the spare parts needed to keep the pressure washer sweet. Came in the post a couple days later!

This beats the yellow product for me
Delivery was incredibly fast, and the tracking notifications kept me updated right up until it arrived. I managed to use the jetwash straight away, and it is an amazing product with brilliant performance.
It comes with a lot of great accessories, which is excellent value. However, it would be even better if the manual clearly explained which accessory is best suited for specific jobs. Overall, highly recommended!

AVA delivered exactly when they said they would.
I am truly impressed with the Easy P57. I've a number of "yellow" pressure washers over the years for regular domestic use and this is definitely a step up in design, quality and performance. The fact the spares are all available and at a reasonable price is a another huge plus. I'm a convert!

The Ava P57
I've used the AVA P57 three times now washing block paving and its done it effortlessly.
It seems great quality and well thought out. The only thing I would probably change is the handle that reels in the hose.
I think it would be alot more user friendly to have a flip out handle that has a bit more size go it.
Other than that it's a great product and only time will tell with reliability.
