I loved using this bracelet a couple of years ago, BUT now I can’t even access my app to sync my bracelet and the website is down as well… now I just wasted $100 for nothing..

The Ava bracelet is reimbursed by thousands of companies. For women who are planning for pregnancy, actively trying, or just want to learn more about their cycles. The female body has been ignored by science for far too long. Ava aims to be a long-term companion for women, providing data-driven and scientifically proven insights along all stages of their reproductive lives. Women want a better understanding of their bodies. Ava provides it by conducting women’s health research, developing innovative products based on that research, and educating to ensure the findings are accessible to all women. Our flagship product, the Ava bracelet, was launched in the US in July 2016, and is now sold worldwide. Worn only during sleep, it provides women with real-time, personalized information about fertility, pregnancy, and general health. The Ava bracelet is the first and only FDA-cleared wearable device that is clinically proven to identify both the opening and closing of the fertile window, letting you know your five best days to try for a baby. Just wear the Ava Bracelet at night to see your five best days to conceive in real time. Ava takes you beyond ovulation day, so you can use your full fertile window to increase your chances of pregnancy. How Ava Conceive works: There are six days a cycle when it's possible to get pregnant. Ava Conceive is clinically proven to recognize five of them. It's easy. Wear Ava to sleep The Ava bracelet collects continuous data while your body is at rest. Wake up and sync In the morning, sync your bracelet to the app to instantly see your results. See your most fertile days Ava Conceive pinpoints your five best days to try for a baby as they're taking place. Track the most fertile days with the greatest accuracy Ava Conceive detects more fertile days than LH tests, which only predict one or two. It works more precisely than a period-tracker app or fitness wearable, which can only estimate your fertile window. And it delivers results in real time, unlike the retrospective temperature method. Avoid fuss and mess With Ava Conceive there’s no need to wake up early to take your temperature or remember to pee on a stick. Just wear the bracelet at night and sync with the app in the morning to see your fertility status in real time. Follow your cycle phases and keep tabs on your health Ava Conceive tracks physiological signals that act as markers for your fluctuating hormone levels. This allows it to detect—not simply predict—which phase of the menstrual cycle you’re in. In addition to fertility tracking, Ava Conceive displays health parameters like temperature, sleep, physiological stress, and resting pulse rate—letting you know when you’re in the best place to make a baby. Track your pregnancy When you get pregnant, continue using Ava Conceive to follow your progress with graphs, trend analysis, and week-by-week content for the whole nine months.

Would not purchase again
I really like the bracelet. I purchased it with the one year guarantee, but I did not realize that if I got my money back that I would no longer be able to use the bracelet. I would not have purchased if I knew that going in. I do not feel like the bracelet helped at all. I did like the insights but It took us 9 years, 5 of which I used the bracelet.
Doesn't work consistently
In less than one year, the bracelet has stopped recording and transmitting data accurately. Even after resetting, clearing data, and re-syncing multiple times, the data sync in the morning always results in an error.
Ava is amazing
Ava is amazing! We got pregnant with our first son and now we are pregnant again with our 2nd using Ava!!
Bracelet, app, & customer service are all Wonder
I appreciate how much the bracelet and app monitor while sleeping. It's been a great way to learn more about and track my overall cycle and help let me know the best window of time to try for a baby. <3 customer service has always been wonderful and quick to assist with any needs. Also, the pregnant side of the app is very useful for tracking daily changes. Just started using it now and already impressed!
No other app was more accurate in…
No other app was more accurate in tracking my ovulation than Ava was! After months of unsuccessfully TTC by relying only on my period tracker, I got pregnant after the first cycle of using Ava for both my pregnancies. This second time that I got pregnant, I did stop tracking after my ovulation ended because I remember with my first, I was getting anxiety from analyzing the data too much. But I'm forever grateful to Ava and recommend it to everyone. Thank you Ava, xoxo.

Ava is great for temping but truly calculating my ovulation was off. Comparing to my LH. I would have completely been off on ovulation.
Great accurate app to track my cycles

I have been very happy with my purchase. I reached out to customer service for a couple of questions and they were so helpful and friendly.
I ordered a new bracelet
I ordered a new bracelet , it didn’t work. Contacted customer service, took almost 2 weeks to hear back. Was offered many different labor intensive steps to make my braclet work. Failed attempts, finally sent another. Same issues with the braclet, did not function from day one. I noticed both were manufactured in 2021. Finally got a third bracelet and it worked, interestingly was manufactured in 2022 this time. Customer service has been horrible in response times and their acceptability for a poorly working device is not right.
Great insights but annoying to charge
I love the insights that my Ava app gives me! I'm getting a much better understanding of my cycles!
The bracelet is comfortable to wear and the sync is quick every morning.
I'm just giving it 4 stars because you need to charge it every day which is quite annoying... But I know that this is the only way you can get some accurate data from so many sensors. I just wonder if all the data on top of the temperature (HR etc) is really useful and whether the tempdrop sensor that doesn't need to be charged would have been enough for knowing precisely when I ovulate.
I've worn the Ava watch for all three…
I've worn the Ava watch for all three of my pregnancies and have been pregnant in the first month of trying for two pregnancies and pregnant within two months of trying for the other. It is truly such a great product!
The band is not registering and…
The band is not registering and calculating my sleep and other activities throughout the night. Even when I sleep 4+ hours a night.
A friend in need
Easy to use, excellent customer service, a lot of useful information in the app.
This bracelet is a great friend for every woman trying to conceive!
True to its word
Ava really helped me track my cycle and helped me get pregnant three times.
Courier company lets this company down
After over a month of waiting for my bracelet and continued problems with their courier, Ava customer service kindly resolved my issues and now I look forward to trying the bracelet.
It's unfortunate it took so long to receive and I hope they resolve their courier issues so that others don't have the issues I encountered with delivery.
Bought Aug 2022, expecting July 2023!
I received my Ava bracelet back in August of 2022. I am now expecting my first baby in July of 2023 (A month from now!) after trying for over 2.5 years with my husband. I have always had irregular cycles but this bracelet really helped me pinpoint my best fertile days around ovulation. Being irregular it’s not unusual for me to miss or have 5-8 weeks in between cycles. I found out I was around 6 weeks pregnant December 1st 2022. Sure this bracelet has it’s issues sometimes but overall I really don’t think I’d be pregnant without it. It was well worth the money after wanting a baby for so long. :)
Don’t expect a refund
I am disappointed due to health issues the bracket wouldn’t work for me and they will not even do a partial refund. Had it less than a month. Such a bad experience from the company service reps - too weeks to respond after multiple follow ups.
Pregnant on our first try!
I used my Carrot benefit to purchase Ava. The reimbursement process through Carrot was quick and easy. I submitted a ticket through Carrot and they refunded me the amount within a few days.
This is my second pregnancy and my first with Ava. In my first pregnancy, it took us 3 months to conceive. For this pregnancy where I used Ava, we were able to get pregnant on our first try. I started tracking and wearing my bracelet in March with intentions of starting to try to conceive in May. This gave us ~2 months of data to go off of to get the most accurate ovulation readings.
The bracelet is easy to use and comfortable to wear at night. The app can be finicky– I almost always get a read error when syncing the data in the morning, despite that fact that it's synced successfully. It's a small annoyance that doesn't bother me much in the grand scheme of things.
Overall, I highly recommend the Ava bracelet for anyone that is trying to conceive.
I have gotten pregnant quickly not once…
I have gotten pregnant quickly not once but twice while using my Ava bracelet. 4 cycles the 1st time and 5 the 2nd time
0 Stars. Horrid Customer Serice.
I would give 0 if I could. No customer service for broken bracelet.
My bracelet started randomly giving me errors about not reading data within the first month. Between the first and second month, the frequency increased. Now at the end of the second month it’s daily. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I got a response to my initial email 2 weeks ago, but no one is responding now about my consistent errors. I’m following all instructions. It’s just a flawed bracelet.
