I managed to sort this insurance out but it went wrong when payment was being put in . I wondered if it had gone through but for some reason it hadn't. What have I done wrong. I had to do it again and everything went well car insurance sorted. A good price for paying monthly.

Although I had a no fault claim which was dealt with efficiently. It was very disappointing to get a renewal that was up by 33%
I spoke to two contacts on the phone to find a reason. They knew it was a no fault claim and that I had 20 years no claims, but were unable to say why it had gone up.
They did not want to keep my business when I said I would look elsewhere and were not bothered. Very poor customer service. I got Victoria with same criteria’s with NO price rise. Therefore cancelled my policy at end date. Shame loyalty is not reciprocating! Shame on you AVIVA
