If I could give them no star I would, bur for the sake of writing a review I gave one. This company charges a hefty fee £370 for help with visas and they do nothing. They lack proper communication with customers and basically send out serial emails. They do not inform you of any added costs and when booking appointments do not check on your availability . They sample expect people to be available at their disposal which is ridiculous when people actually have jobs. Then they have a no refund policy because they know their service is sh***y . The kbky loses are the customers and the way I see it , people should avoid them at all costs

These guys were amazing. We were travelling to Spain and my husband needed a schengen visa but there were no available appointments for 2 months at the visa centre. Aviva visa promised they will get him an appointment and they did just that. Within 2 days we had an appointment at the visa centre and not only that they made sure all his documents were correct and in order. After the appointment they always answered my calls and reassured me as I was worried that the visa my be refused. These guys did their job very well. I spoke to Abhi and Mohammad many times and they always helped me. I would definitely use them again if I required their services.

I am very happy with their service and I got what I wanted and they did their job very well.

They have been doing my visa since 2017 and I never had a problem with them neither got one of my visa refused. They are so reliable, always have appointments available and visa comes fast a part from Spain in summer time that takes 2 weeks. I highly recommend them.

I put in my Application form for my Visa months before my travel.I was asked to provide my documents which I did and the charges which was £285 which I paid fully, after the payment I was told that I needed a appointment in Manchester in Not London because I lived in Leicester and told them I didn’t mind travelling so next day I had a call back from the Avia telling me that the Manchester office were on strike and I said I could travel to London too that would be a problem so the lady said ok she was going to email me with the appointment date and time. I didn’t hear from them for a couple of days. So I decided to ring them and was told to change my address on my bank statement for an address in London and if I no any family member that lives in London. I didn’t think much to it so I did what they asked, days after I was told to change the dates on everything else of my documents. That didn’t sit right. So I rang them asking them to return my passport and money. I got my passport but didn’t get my money back. I’ve rang them sent loads of emails but nothing. Thing that hurts me a lot is this Hoilday I’ve planned and paid for costed me £7,800 it’s not only the money I paid for but it is going to be my last Hoilday with my daughter that is dying and has not long live😥I’ve been taken for a ride.
