I’m afraid I experienced very poor customer service. The skip I ordered wasn’t delivered on the requested date having waited in all day. Had to phone to be told it was coming the next day. Duly arrived, broke a manhole cover in the process. Was informed it was being dealt with but to date no response.

Reply from Avon Material Supplies
Dear James,
Thank you for your valued review. We are sorry to hear about your poor experience. We strive to deliver all skips on time and have an extremely high success rate in doing so. However, on this occasion, due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to complete your delivery on the requested day and instead delivered early the following morning.
The images you provided regarding the manhole have been received, and we will respond to you once the matter has been fully investigated.
Kind regards,
AMS Management Team
