Great price and service

What a great find, did the sleepers that we needed and they didn't have a ridiculously high delivery charge. Delivered first thing on the day specified, they did ask if I wanted them the day before as they were in the area but sadly i couldn't make that delivery slot. Delivery guy was a complete diamond, hoisted the sleepers over and dropped them into the front garden, honestly couldn't have been happier.

Would definitely recommend this company and i will definitely be using again.

Terrible customer service. I was travelling a considerable distance to look at their products so I phoned in advance and was told that the stock was there and it was fine to visit and be shown around. Half an hour later when I arrived, I was told they couldn't show me around because they didn't have enough staff that day - even though I pointed out that I'd phoned in advance and was told it would be fine. Very poor experience.

Ben is always easy and quick to deal with. Helps with anything I’m unsure of also and protect and deliveries late always on point. Recommend very very highly. My only trusted fencing and sleeper supplier.

Prompt got what I needed polite staff and helpful yard. in ascot I feel like you come out and yard workers disappear or too busy to help and send you to someone else takes a little longer and leave feeling frustrated

normally good timber but last visit 4x2 bit ropy had to exchange also 6x2 bit bowed but always good and helpful staff reasonable price wont shop elsewhere Daren
