Recent international trip
We took a recent trip to Mexico using check-in and carry on suitcases. Both held up extremely well. There was an issue with the zipper on the medium check-in but when I contacted Away they were extremely helpful and rectified the situation promptly. We’re very happy with our luggage and would recommend them to everyone.

Excellent Warranty Experience
My medium flex was damaged while traveling. Away sent me a new luggage almost immediately after I filed my claim. I’m so happy with the warranty!

I purchased one of Away's first…
I purchased one of Away's first commercial suitcases several years ago. First off, its a great, durable, and lightweight suitcase and great for carry on. Its been all over the world. The top handle broke and I decided to try contacting the company to see if I could get a replacement part. The customer service agent who I worked through was a real person, which was was really nice. I knew I was way outside of my warranty and was fully prepared to buy a replacement handle, but they sent me one for free... and fast. Its refreshing to have a company with a real customer service agents and customer loyalty. I will definitely consider buying future products from Away.

I registered a complaint about a faulty zip on my medium sage green case on Thursday. On Friday morning I received a notification that I would be getting a replacement suitcase. This brand new case arrived on the Monday morning.
This is excellent customer service and I am so happy with the way my complaint was handled so efficiently. This is what you would expect with Away, such a great attitude to keeping customers happy.

The companies new exchange policy is…
The companies new exchange policy is wild. Even though their new topside luggage was delivered defective they claimed it was used and therefore would not allow an exchange. I’m worried that this is what will end Away as a company. Not listening to their customers is what will doom then.
