My trusty Away bigger carry-on from 2018 had slowly developed issues with the handle (became loose) after many trips, and finally after being checked on an oversold flight the airline dealt the final blow and cracked the outer shell. I submitted my claim for the handle and body damage including a single picture and a description of the issue. I assumed I'd have to provide more info or have to provide proof I attempted to file a claim with the airline. To my surprise there was no back-and-forth whatsoever, after a few hours I had a tracking number for my replacement bag. Very impressive!

Superior Service!
A clear luggage cover that was a Christmas present last December was badly torn after its first use in April. After contacting Away with a photo of the damage and a receipt of my original purchase, they immediately promised a replacement as soon as the covers were back in stock. It has been four months, but faithful to their word, once the covers were again available, they honored my replacement request. Communication with this company was simple and straightforward. They responded to my original claim within an hour. They truly stand behind their product and care about customer satisfaction!

I first received my Away suitcase as a gift in 2018 and have been consistently using several times a year ever since. Many of the interior components have broken over the years just from use. It was still usable, but I submitted a repair claim on a whim with the hope it could be repaired, but was honestly not optimistic. To my surprise, within minutes my claim was accepted, someone from Away reached out, and within a few days I had a completely new suitcase in hand. I've never been so pleasantly surprised with a customer service experience!
