Overpriced insurance
We booked at what we thought was a good price but than found that our address was wrong. We then updated same & found that the cost was now £757 11which I thought was extorshionate so cancelled same & went whith Alliance who were much cheaper & I have a new years worth of insurance.

Grumpy and not impressed
Told me what to do to change details but sent me round in circles and back to the same spot. Didn’t say I needed to call it in to change details.
Doubled my insurance for the privilege too!

Change of details on my car insurance policy.
I recently made some changes to my car insurance policy and I found the whole on-line process to be really easy and seamless. The changes were made to the policy within minutes of me submitting the request. Excellent company & overall it was a really positive experience.

Easy to sign up and good price for the quoted service and options
Needed new home insurance after my existing insurer's quote inexplicably tripled. Had a look at some comparison websites where all quotes were still normal but preferred a known brand so went with AXA. Very easy process moving from the comparison website over to AXA and very easy to finalise the quote and sign up. I definitely feel that with AXA the quote reflected what I got rather than the output of a botched algorithm chancing me into overpaying.
