Software below par, but it's the customer service which gives this one star. I'd give zero if I could. Absolutely awful experience with incredibly hostile and rude service agents. Sarcastic beyond belief. How can a company hope to get anywhere speaking to their customers like that. Moved to Tapestry for a far more rewarding experience and amazing customer service who speak to you with respect. A word this company need to look up.

Absolutely horrific customer service, rude, sarcastic, hostile.
I’m actually leaving because of the rude encounters I have received from them. I do not Recommend this company or their app as if you need any help whatsoever, they are beyond rude.

The system is great in theory but if you experience technical difficulties the customer service staff are SO rude and unhelpful. I'm currently paying for a system I can't access but staff are too busy playing the blame game to help or advise. Unfortunately I posted in a childcare support group and had many responses saying they've also had rude replies when needing help.

Similar to the last review, I placed an order a few weeks ago and received a confirmation but heard nothing further. I don't think payment has been taken although I will double check. I've sent one chaser e-mail but nothing back so I think I'll need to give up and find the car seat adaptor somewhere else...

Placed order for footmuff and rain cover. About a week after the estimated delivery date, nothing. Emailed and phoned several times and got no answer. No sign of payment being taken, so gave up and went elsewhere after my credit card confirmed.I would be covered if payment was taken. Steer clear.

“Waited AGES for a refund....still waiting”

I found babydays direct the cheapest for the buggy that I wanted but due to unforseen circumstances I decided to cancel my order before it was dispatched. I am still waiting for a refund 28 days later... I have sent several emails, none of which have been replied to. Very disappointing customer service and despite their competetive pricing I wont be using them again or recommending them.

I'm pretty satisfied about my purchase. The shipping and handling service team makes a good job. The delivery was really fast and I live in france. I recommend Baby Days Direct.

If you are looking for a comfortable, useful and pretty high chair this is the one for you, good value for money.

Bought Quinny cosy toes - couldn't find it any cheaper elsewhere. Received text on day of delivery with an hour delivery slot and it was bang on. Highly recommended, would definitely use again.

As a new grandmother, I am not averse to trolling through loads of websites searching for the "best" or most highly recommended baby equipment at the best price. When it came to the purchase of a high chair as a Christmas gift, I did exactly this. I gathered all the information I needed in the way of reviews (from many sites) then found the best deal for the item we gleaned most suitable... which was at Baby Days. The item was easy to find, order and when it came to delivery (at a particularly difficult and stressful time for our family)... we were notified of the exact time slot, within the hour. The delivery was also very quick! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and will most definitely be ordering again myself!
