My purchase, a baby stroller, was promised to be delivered within 7 days.. But actually reached my doorstep in less than 2, shipped from Netherlands to Denmark. The price was the best I could find online and delivery was even free of charge. Very satisfied costumer!!

Unacceptable experience ...
In my case, I haven't had so lucky than others... I did my order one month ago, and I haven't received it yet. I wrote them several times, but I don't received any specific solution, they always tell me that I 'll receive in a few days, but that never happens. I am very worried because I'm about to give my due date and it doesn't seem that they will solve it.

Great service at Babyhuys but…
Great service at Babyhuys but transportpartner DPD, handled by Postnord in Sweden, not so great. Decent delivery time in total but I had to phone Postnord myself to understand how to collect my parcel. Delivery would probably work better if more information was collected by Babyhuys or DPD. I live in an apartment and no particular information was asked on how to enter the building.
