No efffort in helping switch an order.
I asked to retatain an order and switch with a different product and I didn't feel that they did all the effort thay could. The shipping came to Portugal from Holland, i Had to reject/return the product and pay for the trasportations expenses, despite me willing to pay more for a different product onde their website.

Your order was already shipped when you asked to change the order. We hope you understand that we ship a lot of orders everyday (and especially with the Black Friday weekend). If the order wasn't shipped it wouldn't be any problem.
When an order is already picked and shipped there's nothing we can change about that. We called DPD for you to cancel the order and they said they will try but can't promise it will work. We advised you to refuse the order so it will come back to us automatically. We are therefore a little disappointed that you say that we have not made any effort for you. The package is on its way back to us. we wanted to offer you a discount for a new order but since you are not satisfied with our service we will refund the money and cancel the order (the transportation costs are also always getting refunded).

The manual should always be on the backside of the seat behind a cover. Did you already check this?
Otherwise we wil send you one by email. Nowadays the supplier does not provide any kind of warranty certificate. this is all done via the computer. if there is something wrong with the chair, just contact us.
