Unfortunately the man who delivered the bed said it was easy to assemble. However it is not and the quality of the bed and materials is very poor for the price especially

Excellent service - great support given to choose the right specifications. Punctual, polite and kind.

Have been in today and can honestly say the staff are fantastic. I ordered the bed I wanted and it will be delivered W/C 28th May. They are built on site and to our specifications.

It’s early doors for a review but I don’t want to forget at a later stage so…. My grandparents are very happy with what they’ve seen so far, the bed is of good quality and the delivery man Mike was a good representation of the company, he was great with my Nan and gramp and had good chat. Thank you!

This company has an old school caring approach to customer satisfaction. I can't speak highly enough of them. I paid for the bed to be assemble for my 94 year old mother but I couldn't remove the old bed in time for the delivery, no problem, the driver dismantled the bed and put it in the spare room for us and what a lovely man he was he even hoovered where the old bed had been. The bed is excellent and the electric bed adjustment is smooth and quiet.

We have had this bed for over a year now and would like to say a big thank you to Back care beds, the service was friendly and informative and the bed has been so comfortable and has helped my wife with getting in and out of bed. The mechanism works perfectly, no problems at all. Thank you so much.

We bought a waterbed (again) from the sister company High & Dry in Portsmouth. The process, team (John & Luke) are brilliant. And our backs are already on the mend, we wished we never got rid of the last waterbed 8 years ago now.
