Can't recommend enough. Excellent service and products.
Great service and great product line. Really useful to be able to actually see and feel the products. The reason why these products are more expensive than standard office equipment etc becomes very obvious once you use them in person. Saved my back!

Great service and advice from Back in Action
I found Back in Action really helpful when I sought advice about the chair I'd chosen. I also really like the information that has come with the chair as it gives advice about how to adjust to sitting in a chair that strengthens the core! I am now looking forward to using the chair and improving my sitting posture!! The chair also looks fantastic.

Excellent after sales service
I bought a Hag office chair last year from Back in Action and gave a five star review. It was an excellent experience.
Amazingly, although I should not have been surprised, the after sales service was even better. I called about a minor problem (a squeak) and within a week I had a visit from two charming men, Mark and Mark, who fitted a spare part and resolved the problem. It was an absolute pleasure.

Can thoroughly recommend this retailer - from my phone enquiry about true colours of Backfriend (online the burgundy looks orange but is not..) to the very fast delivery time - almost within 24 hours of ordering.

Exceptional customer service in Marlow
Illy who served me was exceptional, very knowledgable about the features of the different kneeling chairs, and most patient. We were in the Back in Action shop in Marlow for about 2 hours and ended up with a chair which will suit me perfectly. The whole experience was most enjoyable.

The Mobiliser - I wish I had bought it years ago!
I have been using the Mobiliser now pretty much twice daily for 4 months. I really notice how much more mobile I feel - knots in my back and shoulder muscles that have been "old friends" are now largely gone or very much reduced.
I wish I had bought it years ago!

Lovely experience. I received a call the day after regarding my order. It was to inquire about my shipping preferences - and also to clarify that the chair needed some minor assembling. I didn't realize this - and was a bit weary. They were able to ship the chair fully assembled! It was such great customer service! Highly recommended and trusted.

The back in action team are truly brilliant. The mobiliser has made such a difference to my 10year+ chronic back pain. I had tried everything, physios, consultants etc.. and the mobiliser has been the only thing to have a lasting effect!
I can sit still and watch a film it's life changing. I'd really encourage you to hire one for a few months and give it a go.
I also have the standing pad for working at my desk which has also helped my back pain and means my legs aren't as tired.
Honestly, if you have had back pain it's worth a shot especially when you've tried everything else and nothing is working.

Great product to help controlled spinal…
Great product to help controlled spinal movement. I’m a fan because some people with pinched nerves will have issues using a foam roller. This machine gives you the ability to foam roll your whole back side while laying down.

Got a Clearance Deal
Ordered two items. The first one was delivered without any issues. The second got a bit more complicated but after a bit of an initial hiccup but in the end the team worked very closely with me to get everything sorted and to have the chair we ordered get to us. Four stars only because the price for the delivery made it a bit less of a clearance deal as we thought. However, the chair is absolutely amazing.

Original reply said. Hello, Our clearance items are great value but often require liason re methods of transport. Many items are located in stores rather than in a warehouse.
