This is my 2nd Backjoy massager. After owning one for many years it wasn’t working as well anymore because it had stretched a bit. My new one is perfect & can really massage the knots I have. If/when this new one stretches/loosens I will be a third, no doubt.

All I can say is that it works! Love it, keeps me in perfect posture at my computer.

The BackJoy SitSmart came right on time. It appears to be well made, but it is also much smaller than I expected. I have 38-inch hips, and the sides of the seat push into my hips, hurting my sciatic nerve. The front part also pushes up into the upper back of my legs, and that is very uncomfortable. I tried to find a way to return the seat, but I have not been able to find any help in that regard, so I am stuck with a rather expensive seat that I cannot use.

It feels good when on the road, the only thing that I would like is something on the bottom to keep it in place from moving on the seat.

Ive had the basic model for 3 years and have about 30000 hours on it in a fuel tanker on the haul road between fairbanks and prudhoe
Alaska and also in a 793 cat haul truck at a pit mine. 2 back surgeries and nothing ever came close to working like the backjoy. Tried all kind of air pillows etc. but backjoy has literally saved my back. Wouldnt think of ever going without. Testing the premium now. Absolutly love it!!😃

I ordered this because I have been making frequent 2-hour road trips to care for my aging parent and I was suffering from sciatic nerve pain. I'm happy to report that after the last two road trips, I did not have sciatic pain. It appears that the BackJoy device really helped to correct my sitting position and thus prevent the usual stress on my sciatic nerve. When I'm not traveling, I use it when I sit at my computer desk for long periods. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Love it! I am fat. I was able to easily reach all of my target spots. Even a hard to reach spot at the top of my ankle.

I'm so happy that I purchased this Backjoy. I had another brand that I tried before Backjoy and it not only wasn't as strong it also broke. My Backjoy massager is fabulous. Strong and really well made. It helps me get all my "spots" especially on my upper back/shoulder area and the always a problem sciatic nerve.
I'm going to buy more as gifts.
I highly suggest you buy this one and no other!!

I have been using the BackJoy seat for years, primarily in my car. I recently bought another plastic material seat because I feel like it provides better support than the softer seat, which I also use. The harder seat works better in the car, especially over rougher roads. I'm very satisfied with BackJoy and my brother recently used my two different seats and was very pleased with the support. He preferred the harder seat.

I have two of these, and love them. As a concept illustrator for the animation and entertainment industry, they alleviate back and shoulder discomfort from long hours at both my computer and drawing board.

Currently I do not have the best chair for support. I had gotten a backjoy for a family member and it worked out for them. So, decided to give it a try for my situation. Did it work... heck yeah. the soft chair was not doing my lumbar any good, and then added the backjoy and it was not uncomfortable and in one sitting.. pun intended.. no more back pain. Yes I would suggest to buy it for supporting your posture.

I don't know that it is the wonder cure for bad posture as it describes but I do think it acts as a reminder to sit up straight. It was $70--I probably could have found something less expensive with the same results but...it reminds me to sit up which is a good thing.

I received my BackJoy in a timely manner. The quality of the product appears to be very good. I have only begun to use it. It is comfortable and makes me aware of my posture. I believe it will work as it is designed to do and I look forward to improved posture and less pain in my lower back while sitting. I am satisfied with my purchase. For Canadian customers information, I paid $147.36 in Canadian dollars after shipping, taxes and duty. Update: After several weeks, I love this seat! Works great! Going to get another one for the truck.

We LOVE our BackJoy trigger point massager!! It's so incredible that I ended up getting another one for my partner because we both wanted to use it so much. It's so versatile and gets into all the right spots. I'm a massage therapist and use it often for self-care between my own massage + chiro appointments.

i have had this product for over 15 years and use it daily in front of a sewing machine.. i wouldnt be able to do my job without it.. amazing and long lasting product... and i weigh about 190 and never anything but good back control.. .. totally would buy another or upgrade . but really nothing is wrong with this one.. no wear or tear.. friend for life
