handy. Helps with back alignment

One of my orders has still not been found after a month. I’ve contacted customer service several times and do not get calls returned. Otherwise another order I made arrived timely. BackJoy products are wonderful.

I am overall very happy with seat, which is comfortable and convenient, and I use it every day. My physical therapist also observed that it improves the curvature in my lower spine. However, I've been using it for only 2 weeks so it's way to early for me to tell if it will have any long term benefit.

Good product! Have been working from home since 3/16/20 & my 5 caster, office chair KILLS after a while. The AHH-mazing cushion I previously had in the office had been stolen! Had purchased 2 different cushions, prior to the BackJoy, that "looked like" my original. Neither were worth a darn! ;( DO NOT buy into the "memory foam" hype, as it's a LOAD of BS.

Researched & discovered BackJoy on a top 10 list. It was the ONLY 1 that did NOT LOOK like all of the others. Gave it a whirl. Boy, am I glad! Try 1 for yourself. You'll be pleased!

I bought a Back Joy for my daughter-in-law as a gift & she absolutely loves it. It reminds her of her posture every time she sits down. She works from home, so she uses it all day long. She said that she finds herself grabbing it when she goes to sit elsewhere in their home.

I have osteoarthritis and 2 herniated discs in my lower back, and I was dreading driving from Florida to Pennsylvania for Christmas this year. My neighbor told me about the BackJoy seat and says she won’t drive anywhere without it. The ordering process was very easy, and delivery was very fast —- I just returned from my 2500 mile round trip drive and I had NO PAIN or discomfort! I am going to recommend this product to both of my brothers who drive a lot for work, and I highly recommend the BackJoy to anyone who needs a little assistance with posture correction during driving to alleviate back pain. This is a comfortable and effective product for back pain sufferers.

I have used my backjoy for about 9 years...now I ordered one for my hubby and it is helping him as well!! Provides good support when he sits on our couch.
Where I travel, my backjoy goes along!

I had been waiting for this for months, so was relieved when it came. Now it is a Christmas gift for my son in law who has severe back issues. I can’t tell you how it is for him until I’m able to give it to him. I have a very old one and using it every day!

Purchased the back joy for myself. My 97 year oldmother loves it. She is in a wheelchair and it helps to keep her back aligned. I’ll have to purchase another one for myself.

BackJoy has improved my sitting posture thereby relieving some of the pain I had daily. It has been so helpful that I bought a second one for my kitchen chair that I use frequently. And I have bought another for a gift for a person who has a bad back in the hope that he will enjoy using it.

Comfy, just as described. A little pricey for what your getting.

Purchased this for my 83 year old mother with Parkinson's Disease. I noticed when she was sitting with poor posture; she would be doomed to try to walk later. We've only had the back joy for a week and it's been an incredible difference! Sitting straight has helped with walking straight.

I've been extremely frustrated with your return procedure. After filling out the return form, I never received the email with the return label. I started calling and was always told that a manager would call me back. Nobody ever did. It was a whole week of calls. I finally received the refund, but never the return label.
I'm not paying to return this seat, especially after all the frustration and incompetence on your end.
Send me the return label, and I will send it back. I've never even taken it out of the package (my physical therapist said it was not the right thing for my back after I had ordered it.)

Bought for use with my office chair, works perfectly.

I love the deep rolling massage handle; it takes the strain off my hands when I’m tired. It truly does provide a deep tissue massage just as described. Thank you kindly EG
