The phone gets slow and I have to use device care 10 to 15 times a day to boost its performance to a functional level.

I have not heard from you regarding my trade in.

This was my third cell phone purchase from Back Market. All phone I have bought, this one for my daughter who wanted a model similar to the model she lost (in the ocean). All three phones worked well and the warranty on all three was as good as they would have been for a new phone.

I have used Back Market for 4 iPhones now. And each one has been exactly as advertised when it arrived. The process is so easy. I also did a trade in this last time and sending my old phone was so easy and I am receiving the full amount offered. I have recommended Back Market to many friends.

The watch works great and looks like new. I’ll be back when I need a new phone!

Quality products and excellent customer service

Phone was in pristine condition, I was able to trade in my old iPhone 13 with a smashed camera for a 15. Total out of pocket cost $300 and so much better for the environment. This is the second time I’ve used back market, the first time was getting a phone for my dad and also had an excellent experience.

I've been buying from Back Market since 2020 and everything I've bought has always worked very well. I've bought both of my daughters phones from there, several phones of my own, and a laptop and never had any issues with any of them. They've always answered my questions and have been up front about all my purchases. They offer a 1 year warranty, which is better than any other place I've bought refurbished items from. Delivery is fast and the prices are very reasonable. Back Market is still my go to for all my electronics.

Some of my devices have been passed on to other people and are still being used. I love being able to trade in my device and replace it with another.

Purchasing was smooth and phone came fast. Submitting grade-in has been clunky and seems like a slow process. I waited for box and shipping kit that was supposed to be coming my way for quite some time, and have just sent it on my own. Seems like this could be used against me if my used phone I’m going to get credit for doesn’t arrive in time to make it by offer good until date.

This is the fifth thing i have purchased on backmarket and each time I am pleasantly surprised. Save a ton of money and reuse old equipment that is no longer loved, it is great!
