Had a parcel delivered by Hermes - yes Hermes!
Saying they left in a safe location. So safe it was stolen.
When I contacted the company about this I was told to go through Ebay to get a replacement.
To cut a very long story short - I now do not have my product and no refund either.
Never had such bad customer service.
They dont reply to emails or messages left on an answer machine.
