Wouldn't bother, waited weeks for order and there were items missing despite emailing no response and no refund forthcoming, using The Uniform Room instead as they have excellent communication, speedy delivery and everything you need for your business, they even send you updates on your order and tracking info - Workwear Crew could learn a lot from them. Avoid if I were you. Very disappointing.

I have used workwear crew on two separate occasions now and owner has always been polite and friendly to me giving me advice most cost effective way. He’s delivered on both occasions.

Happy with the service and happy with the workman ship.

Shocking customer service.

Paid for some workwear and had to wait months for it, rang a couple times asking for an eta and the male member of staff just hailed abuse over the phone.
Popped in after around 6months to ask for a refund while with my son to get more abuse and swearing.
Politely asked to keep the swearing down and for my money so I don't have to be in there any longer than I needed to be.

Wouldn't recommend ever using them and have since gone elsewhere ourselves.

The worst, online, experience I think I've ever had!
Customer service throughout has been appalling and I had to wait 19 working days for a simple delivery.
And not once did they offer any apology

Be warned.........

Payed for next day delivery still haven’t received 2 weeks later

Like the jackets disappointed the black not available it was when I placed order? Had navy instead. Had around 6 of these jackets in total.

I've always had great customer service.
I expect excellence - Workwear Crew have always delivered on time, great quality branded goods and are a pleasure to communicate with on the couple of occasions I needed clarification.
No-one can get things right all the time but these guys come pretty close.

Avoid waste of time.

After placing my order I was told the item would be with me in 7 days!! I waited 14 before emailing to ask what was happening and was then told it was out for delivery give it a couple of days!! Waited another week and asked again and was told they would phone dpd and get back to me. Never did! all while not receiving a dispatch or tracking number!! I have now had to do a chargeback with my bank to get my money back!!!! Total waste of time!! I wouldn’t trust them to walk my dog never mind anything else

Communication through the order process,excellent service.

No communication whatsoever, no confirmation of order, no invoice or delivery note, no instructions on how to return. Nobody called me back after saying they would. Unacceptable. *Edit following reply. How would you like me to find this order number? Given that I have not had an order number and my crystal ball is broken, this is also an unacceptable response. I have emailed you to find out what to do next, so I expect this to be your top priority, I don't expect there is more than just me experiencing issues like this, so it shouldn't take you too long?

Impressed by the range of products and there’s every combination of colours to suit your needs. Bought a polo shirt with customisations in embroidery. Very easy to get the design ordered and received a copy of the design before going ahead. Had a query and it was easy to make contact and the response was quick and clear. Very happy with the end product. The quality of both the shirt and the embroidery were excellent . Definitely recommend and will come back again to order more in the future.
