Best silicone on the market for this type of toys, very creative designs, very well made solid and durable, easy to wash, wonderful feeling, fun options, it may be my favorite brand ever.
A year ago, you'd have to wait 5 months to get an international order, now I waited 3 weeks (and I live in france) and I got it already, they really improved on the fabrication and delivery time too !
Their dildos are amazing, tho be sure to check the size chart before buying. Also watch reviews before taking a sleeve, they can be more tight than you expect :o
The only sad point is the high prices, but for the best quality out there, it is actually fair, I've tried dildos more expensive and never as good.
It is for sure luxury items, but damn it's worth it.
Since the quality is super strong, you can know it will be a companion dildo for years :)

Got my third order delivered as planned. The only thing that disappointed me a bit was that the colors arent really like the original pictures. The fades werent very good, but as long as they feel good, it's fine for me

I have so much to say.
Their customer service department is terrible. I ordered 2 items and after waiting several months, wanted to know if my order had even been made yet. They first told me it had been made and should be shipped soon. About a month later I tried again, only to be told there was no way of knowing whether it had been made or not or when it was going to ship. Took over 4 months to receive my purchase.

The photos on the site look great, but the toys themselves are disappointing. They're big, and that's about all they've got going for them. The colors are dull, the textures are even duller. The toys are heavy. I don't believe the toys are made of the best material possible. I have several silicone toys from other sellers that are more durable. Compared to these toys, bad dragon dildos are sticky (they'll even stick to each other), and collect all kinds of debris (dust, fabric, etc), they leach color from whatever they're touching (left one of the toys in the box with a paper from bad dragon, and it leeched the color from the paper. Also stored one with another bad dragon toy, which it leeched color from.), and they just don't feel nice. I don't believe they're using as high a grade of silicone as they claim.

All in all, their dildos are over priced, disappointing, possibly not body safe. Their customer service department is rude and useless.
Not only would I not buy from them again, but I'd recommend everyone else avoid them.

I have ordered from Bad Dragon a few times. So far I have not had any bad experiences. I now own multiple of their toys and merchandise and they work well.

Some of the softer toys seem to be able to get scratched easily and attract dust and hair, but if you take special care of them this should not be an issue.

The merchandise is well made and I have not seen any damage to them so far once it arrives.
Plus Bad Dragon goes a bit further by adding cute packaging/stickers and a helpful guide sheet.

It is important to say that Bad Dragon products are bit costly and can take some time to be made/shipped out.
(I have not done any contact with Bad Dragon's customer service before).

I purchased a penetratable toy and it arrived with a bunch of air bubbles inside which could collect liquid and bacteria, making it unsafe as it cannot be sterilized between uses. Customer support outright refused to help me with this, saying that "due to unique challenges with soft silicone" they don't offer any warranty on their penetratables. This isn't a warranty issue; the item arrived with manufacturing flaws! Take your business elsewhere unless you want a really expensive, non-body safe toy.

Horrid customer service aside, Bad Dragon is expensive and has a super long lead time on custom orders. There are plenty of smaller stores which offer higher quality, cheaper fantasy toys which will arrive much faster. Seriously, just buy somewhere else.

I've purchased from BD a couple times and never been disapointed. The toys are great quality, beautiful and amazing to use.

Shipping time to Sweden is usually 5 working days, which is not something BD necessarily can controll, but it's still nice and adds to my impression of the buying-experience.

I ordered some costum toys a few weeks ago and got told they would ship in 5-6 weeks, but they where shipped in 18 days.

I've bought from Bad Dragon twice so far and I've had no trouble, my packages arrive at my house within 3 weeks. Lots of people seem to complain about the waiting times, so I would tell them to wait for inventory drops (no processing time necessary). Other amazing companies have processing times much longer than any of what I've seen from these reviews (good and bad alike) and they're 100% worth it.

They tried to promote their website in a competitive CS:GO match. When they were about to lose, they started hacking. And their website gave my computer virtual aids. Don't buy from they; They seem really scummy, especially when you play with them.

I look at all these reviews about bad dragon, and I cant fathom them happening the way they described. Maybe its just because I've gotten lucky, but I've never had a single issue with customer support. They're fast, helpful, and have reimbursed me for any broken product. I spoke with Shadow who is one of the team members and he quickly helps me. Honestly some of the fastest and most understanding staff I've seen in a long time.

I ordered a extra large Rex from inventory and they said it would take 5-7 Bussiness days to ship and it did I’ll update one I have my toy tomorrow

I've ordered from bad dragon 2 times now and everything worked out like it should. I've had no issues with them. Great, original stuff that's alot more fun than regular dildos. Thanks for making my life more fun

Have ordered from BD a few times over the years, decent toys.
The customer support is by far the worst I've ever had the misfortune of coming across.
My toy was most likely improperly cured and would grip like a tyre, after taking it to sexperts in my city they said it was unsafe and to throw it away, and after comparing it to another of the same toy from someone I knew I decided it was completely unsafe and to throw it away.
Once contacted back from BD I was told that their "artisans" where basically incapable of making a mistake and completely disregarding what the sexperts who where actually able to inspect it in person had to say.

After a long back and forth I was also told "we can confirm the toy to be within our standard" and Jesus Christ if that doesn't make me never want to buy from them again, then nothing will.

I like their toys I’ve got a good handful and tako in all three sizes, I absolutely love their lubes and would love to buy other small cheaper things and try other toys..but shipping is a hard 15 usd and the local post office gets here faster then ups so it’s just pointless and a waste of my money. ( .. one thing I’d buy when needed is lube but I’m not gonna spend $22 on a 7 dollar bottle of lube because the shipping is 15 or spend 65 on a 8 pack when not needed to avoid spending 120 in shipping!) I’ve bought a lot of toys and I’ve never had a shop with shipping over 8$. Just severely disappointing they don’t see a problem with it, and I’m in ny state so it’s not like I’m over seas or another country. I’d buy a lot more from here if it wasn’t for that shipping so I guess buy in bulk or don’t buy at all to not get scammed by their shipping

There is no way to directly contact Bad Dragon when requesting information on your order or purchase. They do not respond to email requests and apparently their online Live Chat service goes unmonitored as well. I placed my order on October 16th with expedited shipping, and have seen no status update on my order, nor have I received tracking information, or an answer to any of the 4 requests for information I've submitted. 12 days is about 11 days more than Bad Dragon advertises for processing orders. This is not my first bad expereince with this company either. I've cancelled an order and I've had to request status updates to orders because "Their system isn't updating correctly". I URGE CAUTION WHEN PURCHASING THROUGH BAD DRAGON. Their product is one of a kind, but their customer service is the worst I've seen in quite some time.

Bad dragon is an amazing company, I've bought multiple products and I live in the UK and never had an issue. Their customer service is amazing and fast I've received refunds and had updates the next day via email. Their products are the highest quality I own one of their dildos and I've just placed an order for another bigger one. I also own a few litres of their lube and there is no better option on the market!!!

It's a shame that the process of having your dildo made takes up to 5 weeks but I assure you it is worth the wait!

They mark support requests as solved without any answer. No chance to get any help from them, so i will mit buy.

I ordered the Nix and Janine muzzle sleeves on September 18th 2020 and received them on the 29th. Really fast shipping considering these were custom and in the middle of the Covid situation.

As for the quality of the sleeves, they are top notch! Amazing grip but not to firm either. So far Janine's muzzle is my favorite! As someone who has real sex, I can say with certainty these can give a real gal a run for her money! Wonderful shopping experience!
