Probably the worst customer service of all time!

I didn't have to read much to agree whole heartedly with the first review I read. BD should not make sex toys, instead they should be in the sex trade industry, because clearly they like to screw people. I wish I knew of the TwinTail option. even now I am considering canceling the BD toy, accept knowing this type of organization they would charge a restocking fee. So, yea this is fun, order it, pay huge for it, wait and fume to the fact that they neither send your product nor respond to any emails. Any degree of basic respect, or some automated tracking system that at least could give some hope that you didn't pay money for nothing. I guess I will still wait it out a bit, but never agin with this company.!!!

I really love the company

I really love the company, don't get me wrong. But it's just wild that, not just me, but MANY of us are waiting over 3 months for our products. I can understand them being swamped, but why can't they give some kind of notice before a purchase? I emailed customer support 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for my order.

I got lucky, but be wary when ordering from Bad Dragon.

I ordered their lil' vibe of Spritz and vibrator combo on December 2nd. My order was left on "processing" for over a month. With reading all the reviews on here, I was very anxious about getting screwed over. I decided to send a message to their customer service to get a status update on my order. I received a respond after three or four days and it was later shipped just a couple days later. It took around a week to be delivered and I received it yesterday.
Overall, my experience with Bad Dragon went a little more smoothly than most. I am unsure as to why, maybe since my toy was smaller, thus making it quicker to make. Either way, I just think Bad Dragon should update their wait times and get their butts in gear with everyone who is still waiting on their toys. Personally, with them creating these toys for over a decade now, they shouldn't be having these troubles with sending and creating toys in a timely matter.
On a final note, if you are considering purchasing something from Bad Dragon, please keep in mind the wait time you may experience. The toys are good quality, and possibly worth the wait. Don't be afraid to contact customer service, but yeah, most importantly, just be patient.

I ordered my toy in early November and…

I ordered my toy in early November and got it in late January (3 MONTHS - 12 weeks) despite the 4 - 5 week estimate. I don't mind waiting, but I would appreciate knowing what I was getting into beforehand. Writing into support is near useless as they will not let you know where along the production line your toy is, a time estimate, nor let you refund if you are unhappy with the dramatic increase in wait time.

The toy is nice enough, but I honestly would not have gotten it if I knew it was going to take so long.

Used to be good

Few years ago I ordered with them. 2 days of processing and shipped. Was ecstatic. Purchased again in december, took over a month just to process, and now its going on 2 weeks of "waiting for your input" over a silly hold request when I've been emailing them constantly that the hold request is no longer needed. Extremely disappointed in their service compared to before.

Disappointed

As a customer I felt like my time and patience were disrespected. I waited 3 months for a toy that was estimated to come between 4 to 5 weeks. I would have appreciated more feedback from customer service other than an excuse about high toy volume. It seems like there's such a high volume of toys, but an even higher volume of dissatisfied customers. I'm so disappointed and I can't believe I wasted my money with them.

It has been three months and still

It has been three months and still no toy! Two emails and nothing! It’s ridiculous how long it takes and honestly they aren’t even a good business. It’s absolute crap that you have 4-6 weeks. At this rate I’ll be lucky to have my toy in 4 months.

Edit: They sent shipping confirmation today after my second email. Finally.

I ordered mine Oct 20th or so

I ordered mine Oct 20th or so. my first email was Oct 30 wondering how long this would take. I received a generic email back 5-6 weeks for special orders. Now it's been 3 months and they have stopped emailing me back with stupid answers such as it's been through quality control just needs to be shipped that was a month ago. Or its in our shipping department waiting to be packed up and shipped. It's all lies and they don't think people will do anything about it because we'll be embarrassed to tell our bankers what we have ordered.

Worst first impression

Finding this page while I'm in the same situation as the users below inspires me to pipe up. I wonder if there's something we can do, together. I ordered more than 2 months ago, and a little over 11 days ago the generic customer service rep said the toy was being worked on and would ship in a few days if there's no defect. Ever since then, I've had no reply to any email I've sent. I would cancel but there's no one else who makes toys like them. What do I do? I just wish I could get a suction cup added for free or something for the wait. To be blunt, these toys are to help in specific times and hormonal moods of our lives, so the wait feels more like being denied physical therapy or medication in a sense..

Been in contact for 3 months now and as…

Been in contact for 3 months now and as soon as my order was made October 1st was completed at the end of December 2019... 3 weeks into the new year and still no confirmation my product has been sent. I can’t get any answers out of support anymore, they now refuse to answer any of my questions about my finish product and keep sending me a generic email saying it takes up to 8 weeks, except it’s been 16 weeks, they claimed the product was ready and would ship it two day delivery but again, that was 3 weeks ago. Their last email sad they would cancel my order but would keep 20% of my money if I agree to that so I now have to report fraud to my bank.

I ordered the flint early November 2019 and still nothing!. Rude customer service!! Seriously bad dragon, do you need to have so many color choices, firmness and what ever else you blame on your crappy delays?! Limit the options and speed up your production!!. When people go to check out on your site, have a pop up that say " May take 6 months to a year to receive your order!!!" I hope I'm still alive or even a bottom when my order finally comes. Its 2020, NOT acceptable Bad Dragon AKA BAD DRAG IN OOOONNNNN "(

2 Months of Waiting

After waiting for 2 Months I send a ticket asking when the product will be finished. Turns out they screwed it up who knows how long ago and never told me. They offer to send the flop at a discounted price and I accept. However over a week later that thing was still being processed to this day. So despite the claim to get it done on average 4-5 weeks my order had never even been shipped in over 10 WEEKS.
Thankfully I'm getting a refund but I don't plan on making a purchase here again. It's absolutely insane that they never get it shipped despite me being in their back yard basically.
I do not have the patience all these other reviewers seem to have, I ordered on November the 1st and it's now a new year, this is ridiculous.

Bad dragon is just that, bad.

Like everyone else they lie about their wait times have ridiculous exclusion times and refuse to answer. For every item I've bought it's taken 3 months to half a year for a premolded slab of silicon. Their excuses are obviously just lies and because people keep buying from them they can take these disgustingly long hiatus' for extended periods of time.

Been waiting 3 months now. Customer service sucks wont even reply to request for status updates. They just mark as solved and don't bother responding. Wish there was a number to call. Ill never buy anything from them again at this point. Going to try to get refund i think.

I hate to say it, but if I don't get a response back soon from my complaint, I'm just gonna ask for a refund. I really should have read the reviews before buying. Had such high hopes for this and it's my first time buying from them...

I LOVE THESE TOYS

Let me start by saying. I LOVE THESE TOYS. I've always just ordered premades or flops, so they've shipped fairly quick with no issues at all. However, this last November I decided to treat myself to customized toy and one premade. Not anything fancy, just picked a standard color, no extras. I still have yet to receive the order or any information about it. Every email sent to customer service is met with silence. I spent over $200 to hear nothing for almost two months. I work for an ecommerce store and can 100% understand how crazy orders can get around the holidays, but this is getting a bit excessive, especially since I can't even get a reply from customer service.

After reading all the recent reviews, I don't think I'll be getting anything anytime soon either. Pretty disappointed and horny.

Update** it's now February 3rd, 4 months from when I placed my order. 3 weeks ago Customer Service said my item has passed "quality control" and should be shipping "any day now." They have since stopped responding to my customer service inquiries and every single one that is submitted is solved immediately. Don't bother buying from this scam -- try Twisted Tail Creations instead.

Toy passed inspection over a month ago…

Toy passed inspection over a month ago (so they say), still hasn't been shipped. Customer service is useless. Just give completely meaningless answers and clearly they do not want to put any effort into actually finding out more information. It literally would not be that hard to contact the shipping team and ask what's going on, where in line is a specific toy. The fact that they don't is nothing but pure laziness.

What a shameful decline for a company...
