Ok so let me start off with saying bad…

Ok so let me start off with saying bad dragon makes some really neat toys and i love them buuut with that being said heres the reason im not giving 5 stars...first they need a option for even firmer toys....and second my biggest complant as well as many...the time it takes for them.to do there job...when you make a purchase from them.if its not a ready made or a flop it will.take ages to get made and be shiped im currently waitkng for a order that is now still in prossessing for over 4 months now...it was compleated and ready to ship after 3 months and 5 weeks have passed sence then and it has still yet to even be shipped..someone i know bought a ready made toy AFTER my order was placed and after it was ready to be shipped and it was here withen 7-10 days ish....mine still hasnt been shipped

Ordered 2 months ago, still waiting

EDIT JAN 23: i received my order today and its gorgeous! About 10 weeks, Which is the current estimated delivery time from their competitor twin tails. My primary complaint is the lack of proper communication and updates to the site on delivery times. When I contacted twin tails to get a price quote and delivery estimate, They were very precise and organized, whereas when I asked for an update from badd dragon I clear in got a copy pasted default message that they send to everyone who asks about the status of their order. Updated to 3 stars for toy quality and reasonable delivery, but for poor service and lack of organization I couldn't go to 4 stars.

Ordered a simple solid color flint packer on nov 7, 2019 and have been told it is still waiting to made... At least the customer support request was responded to within 48 hours or less so not too bad there.
It's very disappointing how long its taking as i have alot of drag bookings coming up that I intended it for. Based on various review sites, It sounds like people who ordered pre-mades during the black friday sale later in November are finally getting product pictures and shipment notifications...
I'm kicking myself for thinking ordering before black friday would mean being able to get it sooner XD I should have just waited, I would have been fine picking any premade non-human packer but I've heard that they just about never do any premade packers so I didnt wanna wait. Then after my support ticket there was still ONE LEFT but I figured it had been 6 weeks theres jo way I'll get that one sooner... but I would have. I should have just ordered that one last premade but jow it's gone. I'm kinda glad it's not just me still waiting though tbh but I wish I knew where I was in the queue or like.. order dates for shipments currently going out.

Also.. do any of you all find it wierd how some people been waiting 5-7 months for customs and yet they had a big release of premades for black friday? 🤔

When 62% of customers are reporting bad experiences, and you come up with your fake as can be or seriously outdated 5-star review trying to discredit those of us with bad reviews, you're the oddity. Nobody is denying you maybe had a good experience a year ago, my wife and I had a 4-star experience a year and a half ago... but fickle are the winds of change when complacency and bad business practices take hold. In the case of bad dragon, their failure to upscale to demand has led to 62% of their customers leaving bad reviews. These reviews could have easily been avoided, if they simply updated their FAQs to address current shippng times, but they won't because they know most customers won't wait for 3 to 5 months for a new toy. Instead, they keep promising a 4 to 5 week delivery and force customers to wait 3, 4, or 5 times that long... it's even taking them 2 months to ship out pre-mades off the clearance page now.

Wait time is unpredictable.

I ordered my toy on August 23rd 2019. It’s now January 5th 2020 and they haven’t shipped it out at all. I would’ve canceled by now but they showed me literally pictures of the finished toy. I know it was mine and not some old image of one that looks similar because of the exact colors I chose. They showed me the image in November. My toy has been ready since November, but hasn’t been shipped even then. If I never got that image I would’ve canceled my order and got my hundreds of dollars back long ago. I’m not even sure they’ll ship it out at all at this point. Customer service does get back to me. So I can’t say they ignore you. Their replies feel like they do, though. For a long time it was months of just “it usually takes 5 months but there’s a lot of orders so it will take longer to make.” But they never let you know how soon or where it is in line to be made. After the images, now all they say is that the packers have a “sea of orders” that makes it slow for them to get everything out. You’d think they would value the people or person that’s already waited nearly half a year because there is absolutely nothing else for them to prepare other than the small things like lube and toy cleaners. Which takes less than a day to prepare according to their site. Who could they be prioritizing other than people who’ve waited for so long? Could it be the people that ordered things months after I did? They’re fast to take your huge amounts of money but don’t keep that same speed when it comes to giving you your product. Nearly 15 weeks and still waiting..

Top quality toys and service

Never had any issues with their toys, customer service, or wait times. I'm astonished at the supposed bad experiences that I've heard in reviews because I for one have had nothing but delightful experiences. I fully recommend them and will be making more purchases in the not so distant future. If you want top quality, then look no further because Bad Dragon is the best.

Shipping times are long but the quality is undeniable

I ordered my first toy from Bad Dragon at the end of July and received it in the middle of October. Reading reviews on here after my purchase made me worry that I would have to wait months for my toy, but it was delivered in an acceptable amount of time. I ordered a toy that was pretty standard and did not have any customizations. I was so satisfied that I chose to purchase another, more customized toy for myself for Christmas. I knew there was no way I’d be getting it by Christmas, but that’s okay. Currently waiting to see how long it will take a custom toy to be shipped. I’ll give y’all an update later 👍🏼

This is not a troll review.

I would like to start by saying that I am no usually an easily irritated or frustrated person when it comes to both online shopping and custom orders. Having grown up in a very rural area, there was a great many things that had to ordered online or such in order to be obtained, and due to some genetic traits in my family (all the women in my family have large chests. I myself personally wear a size 32J USA bra size) we have often had things that needed to be custom created or tailored for clothing, and since my father was a carpenter I know how long these sorts of things could take, which led to my ordering a custom toy on Oct. 10 of 2019, in hopes that it would be delivered atleast by Christmas as a gift to my husband and I. We are in a salaried and single income household, and we don't often get a chance to splurge, and this was something we had wanted for well over a year or two. I was so excited. I could pick colors, sizing, and add-ons, and it was wonderful. We originally ordered the sample set of the silicone and one bottle each of the lubes, to make sure it was to our liking and so that we could choose a firmness we would both enjoy and the kit came in a timely manner, and all was well. Then, I ordered the toy in October. I was concerned with how long it was taking since the projected timing according to their own website had well past, but with the holidays and sales I could halfway understand so I was more curious rather than annoyed at this point. One reason I had ordered well before the sales was to avoid such issues, but alas, it was not to be. I have tried multiple times to communicate with customer service and have repeatedly recieved non-answers and cop-outs. According to their policy even if I get a refund, which going off of these reviews I won't be since I didn't use paypal, I would still be unable to receive a full refund (apparently the don't refund shipping costs) on an item that DIDN'T EVEN GET MADE APPARENTLY, MUCH LESS SHIPPED, and even possibly a restocking fee for a custom order that never got made. I wish I had known about this website before hand, because I would have never bought a single thing from them. Our one splurge in MONTHS, ALMOST A YEAR, and I'll never recieve it. I have honestly spilled tears over this, and I feel bad wasting so much money on this.

Bottom line, I am ashamed on thier behalf, and I would never recommend this business to any decent person for as long as I live. Even if the products were to be amazing, this is a disgrace to the industry, an insult to customers, and a terrible model of business.

I apologize for the rant, I never place reviews, but I felt it needed to be shared. I hope that they see our reviews, and take them as the pieces of wisdom that they are, and make adequate changes.

Don't even try to complain via PayPal

The company is in utter shambles. I ordered a toy from them over a year ago. Was given the runaround by their lazy incompetent support staff 'elise brillig'. (Someone who can't even capitalize their own name in the e-mails) All I wanted was a wait time not "oh it will take a bit longer than expected" Copy past response. After battling with their ticket system where they constantly close tickets after every response I escalated the Issue with PayPal I wanted an actual response and the Paypal dispute time was drawing short. I got an email saying it was suddenly ready, but they couldn't ship because of the dispute and I should close it or they wouldn't ship. (Direct violation of PayPal TOC). After informing them of this they canceled the order and banned my account with them. The toy I ordered turned up in their Flops page saying it didn't pass their 'Quality control'. So they intended to ship me a failed toy anyway...

Reviews are more harsh than is deserved.

I have only received great service from Bad Dragon. I understand the wait times can vary, but honestly I feel people on here are more harsh than what is warranted. Bad dragon makes great quality toys, and they try the best they can. Of course there are slipups with shipping times and customer service it's to be expected, but with that being said, they are still a great company which I feel deserves more credit for their hard work and attention to detail and quality. They are always improving customer service and I believe they should be given more positive reviews and some more understanding and compassion from their buyers.

Nice dicksssss

I'm still waiting on an order I placed a month ago but I went ahead and bought one of the on clearance toys in the mean time and it's quite amazing! Came within a few days and had cute Christmas themed paper inside and even a card!! Super squishy feel to it that I also love. the silicone they use has such a nice soft texture. If you buy from them I would suggest only getting the ready made toys, if you're a little impatient like myself pfff. Also for the love of God check the size chart if you've never bought one before pFF. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I agree with a lot of customers below about their orders taking a bit too long, the wait time should simply be changed on the website to reduce all these complaints, because it's false advertising. The product itself though is wonderful!!

4 months still no toy

4 months still no toy! Contacted service why I get no updates and taking so long they said because people prefer not to get updates and they are busy with a lot of orders! Wth kinda answer is that???? Still waiting.... *Edit currently January 13th and still no toy!!! Service isn’t even responding anymore to my emails. Wow!*

Why I won't be buying Bad Dragon anymore.

I ordered my toy on Oct 6th, read on the site the usual 4-5 weeks, planned to have it arrive before the Christmas mailing rush.

5 weeks came and went. Nothing. No email, no status change. Nothing. At 6 weeks, I sent a ticket asking for a status update.

Now, I'm not an a**hole. I know that with the Halloween exclusives AND the expo right after it, there would be delays. I explained this to the staff member, and asked her how long the delay was. She offered me nothing but "we don't know" answers and refused to find out for me.

Previously, I had sent in a ticket requesting a photo of the inside of the messenger bags they sell. I got a "we can't do that" response, and I decided not to buy the bag. It doesn't make sense to me why you wouldn't go that extra step to sell something to your customer. It's not like 90% of mobiles have cameras these days... (*sarcasm)

Now I'm here waiting for 9 weeks, and according to the general consensus of the reviews here, I'll have at least another 3 weeks wait (plus another week for international shipping time), and with this huge delay running smack into Christmas, I'll be lucky to see my order in late Jan.

So in summary: the customer service is disgusting, the staff are useless, the waiting times are grossly inaccurate, and I feel the business in general is being managed by someone who belongs in a queue for welfare.

In response to another reviewer here. No. This is not a troll. Nor do I think the others are. I used to have nothing but praise for Bad Dragon (I've got 4 previous custom orders), but the severe decline in their business practices has me betrayed and angry.

I, like many probable others on here, will not be buying from Bad Dragon anymore. When my order arrives, I will be removing myself from their mailing lists, and I'll be deleting their bookmark from my browser.

To "What A Joke" - Refunds

To "What A Joke",

If they haven't started making your product, you should not have to pay the 20% restocking fee. I contacted them the day I wrote my review (4 days ago), and demanded a full refund, and they gave it to me. They told me my product was now in line to be made in the next few business days (confirming what I thought about Black Friday production), and I told them I would no longer spend money with them. If they haven't made it - there is nothing to restock.

Unfortunate that such a great product and idea is being crushed by POOR BUSINESS MANAGEMENT.

Processing times are ridiculous

Processing times are ridiculous! As stated in other reviews they are producing pre-made toys before making custom, this should be the other way around! They are clearly under staffed, under equipped or both! After waiting over 2 months I have sent in a request to refund my money. After I sent in the request I decided I would skim through their disclosures, of course nothing about a 2 month wait time, only that it will be roughly 7 days once the product is manufactured. What I did find however is that there is a 20% re-stocking fee on cancelled orders so I am waiting for that email now. I am familiar with pouring molds and this is a product that can be made easily in 24 hours if not a few hours. So chances are I will be paying a re-stocking fee for a product not yet made! Do your research there are other companies out there with quality products.

Processing time is a crapshoot, but the toys are quality

The 4-star rating reflects my experience with Bad Dragon. I've ordered three toys from them over the past year, one custom and two ready-made. My custom toy took 7 weeks to arrive (so, 2 more than the 4-5 weeks they claim is an estimate) and the two ready-made toys both arrived within a few days.

I was lucky enough not to have to wait 2-3 months for my toy, so I can't comment on that. I do think it's bad business to make a ton of ready-made toys while custom orders go unfilled for months. At the very least BD should state that in some cases it will take 2-3 months to receive your order, this is why I knocked off a star. However, this is not every case. I received my toy in 7 weeks and friends have received custom toys in the 4-5 weeks advertised.

I will say I really like their website and the fact that they make it as easy as possible to see what you're ordering. The size tools in particular are excellent; anyone who says they're surprised by the size of their toy must not have used all of the tools when they ordered it.

Even though I was a little annoyed waiting 2 extra weeks for my first custom toy, the quality is impeccable. Seriously, it's gorgeous and looks identical to when I purchased it a year ago. They're built to last. The glow in the dark really glows, the dazzle really sparkles, the "cumtube" works perfectly every time. In fact I was ready to order a second custom toy, and willing to wait 2-3 months if necessary, but luckily I found the exact toy I wanted ready-made.

Their lube is also easily the best I've ever used. It's the only lube I've ever tried that doesn't irritate me at all, no matter how much I use or how long it's on there. Plus, it's inexpensive. I'd give them 4 stars just for the lube honestly.
