I'm writing from saudi arabia Jeddah, i had purchased a laptop on EMI in the year 2023, and spoken to sumit singh as he has been really helpful for all my EMI'S from SAUDI ARABIA TO INDIA transaction, as i informed him already that i will be paying my EMI 2 consecutive months at once as i am busy with work, there is another BAJAJ LOAN RECOVERY AGENT with the number mentioned above called my MOTHER in iNDIA and talked to her in a very disrespectful manner and tone! My brother reached out to him on call and he immediately started abusing with filthy words and languages, i wonder with what right did this employee spoke in such a manner

As soon as you pick up the call from any bajaj finance loan employee please drop the call at once. They are abusive without any reason.

The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no regard for customer concerns. What’s worse, the hidden charges and manipulative tactics used by your app are downright unethical. You force customers to repay gold loans through your app, but when the time comes for disbursing the loan or releasing pledged items, a “technical issue” magically appears. This issue can only be resolved by raising a request – which takes time – and in the meantime, interest continues to pile up.

It is very clear this is a deliberate ploy to cheat customers and squeeze more interest. If this is how Bajaj operates, it is nothing but exploitation under the guise of a financial service.

Very bad quality services,Not responding team,twice loan sanctioned showed in app but no further actions,no calls no sms , nothing after taking consent, verification and documents upload.If couldn't provide them why taking personal documents and so on.

This finance company provided terrible service. I bought an AC from PP Home Appliances (Kodungallur) via Bajaj Finance on installment on Sep 2024. After paying the first installment (including their service charges), they said there would be 7 more. I've now paid 8 installments, and they're demanding a 9th as a "Bajaj service charge." This feels like a dishonest way to do business, misleading customers to make more money.

Customer not received

So very poor service on bajaj Finserv bcoz I'm trying my loan pay on gold on all amount at time but they will not accept becoz they will eat my gold necklace

These people call me daily to take their scheme there must be an harrasment case on them to keep calling shamelessly despite of telling them not to call , their ceo must be called same way then he will feel the pain

Be very careful and avoid using the services of these scammers. I requested a refund for my travel insurance after my visa was rejected, but even after two years, I have yet to receive it. They have shown no consideration for my situation as a student.

When I applied to travel to another country previously, I chose a different insurance company. When my visa was rejected, they processed my refund the very same day I emailed them. This time, I opted for Bajaj because I believed that choosing a company from our own country would ensure better service. Unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing

Unethical Practices and Hidden Charges
I am extremely disappointed with Bajaj Finserv’s services. Despite having a loan with them, I am constantly being charged unnecessary fees and deductions from my account without proper explanation or consent. Their customer service is unresponsive, and it’s nearly impossible to get a clear resolution.

This lack of transparency and poor customer support is unacceptable. I would not recommend Bajaj Finserv to anyone. Be cautious before taking any loans or financial services with them!

I am beyond frustrated with my experience with Bajaj Finance. They lure you in with promises of easy personal loans, but once you're in, the nightmare begins. They not only charge you more than your agreed EMI but also tack on unnecessary insurance for the loan amount without clear communication. And if that wasn’t enough, they throw in an annual maintenance fee just for the loan credits, which is outright exploitative.

The interest rates are far higher than what you'd expect, making the loan an endless financial burden. The customer support team is nothing but a facade – unhelpful, dismissive, and downright rude. They give vague answers and do nothing to address real issues. It feels like their entire system is designed to trap middle-class, working individuals and bleed them dry.

Bajaj Finance is taking advantage of hardworking people who may not be fully aware of all the fine print. Once you're in their clutches, they find every way possible to drain you financially. Please stay far away from Bajaj Finance if you value your hard-earned money. They’re nothing but cheaters with deceptive practices that exploit customers.

Karma will hit them very hard for exploiting people's hard earn money beyond the standard lending ploicies and interest rates
