first of all I thought I was dealing…
first of all I thought I was dealing with an Irish company as I saw Baker Ross Ireland. secondly you say that the delivery time is 3/4 working days, no mention that it would take longer for customers out the UK the item was not received on time to take to the UK as a gift. I was charged customs charges
Ive had to send it anyway to the UK and incurred another 9 euro in postage charges. All this would not have happened if you were transparent in the first place
will not order anything again.

I was treated as a fool
The delivery was prompt but with the supply of goods you attached discount code valid for 6 hours (in other words your package arrived on 5th September - I received it around 6 p.m. on arrival from work, the discount code was valid till 5th September midnight - for 6 hours !!!). This was disgusting as I was treated as complete fool. Therefore overall experience with the Bakerross.ie purchase is very poor.
