Some parts missing in one craft set
The kids loved all the craft sets. Unfortunately one was incomplete (foam pumpkin house), the pumpkin shaped back side was missing.

Amazing selection at great prices
Amazing selection at great prices. I realised after I ordered that the products might not make in time for my son's party and emailed for assistance. The Baker Ross help team responded very quickly and were really friendly. They assured me or the return policy in case the products arrived late, but also promised to try get the order to me as soon as possible. Needless to say that everything arrived in time and the products were all good quality. The kids really loved all the Baker Ross crafts at the party.

Worst customer care and return policy
Worst customer care and return policy! After I decided to return my order, there was no return label. There was an address on the receipt to which I returned it to and payed for. It’s been over 3 weeks and they say the package can’t be found. Customer service can’t be reached by phone and by email they just say we don’t have the package. Never buying here again!

Really lovely sets and the end result…
Really lovely sets and the end result was effective! I was a little disappointed that the materials arrived in bulk rather than four individual craft sets as advertised in the images. I had to untangle and sort all the wool and feathers which was time consuming. A few parents commented on the lack of instructions too. The images are self-explanatory to a point, but some more detailed step-by-step instructions would have been great.

I am quite disappointed as I ordered…
I am quite disappointed as I ordered from Baker Ross on the 21st of December hoping to receive the items before new year so that I could do some art with my boys. I understand the Christmas period may have been a busy one however it is now the 5th of January and I still have not received my order. Everything I ordered was displayed as in stock on the website. This is the last week of holidays before I start working again and the boys go back to school and therefore disappointed that it seems unlikely we will have crafts to do together.
