have been a loyal customer of your brand for eight years, which is why what happened recently has been truly disappointing for me. About a month ago, I purchased a bag from your website, and after wearing it only three times, I noticed visible wear on the bottom. This came as a surprise, as I own several of your bags and have always trusted your quality.

When I reached out, I was told that my request could not be considered and that the damage was caused by me. I find this response quite disheartening, especially given how little the bag was used. I have contacted you multiple times, not to request a refund, but simply to ask for a fair solution, such as an exchange.

What concerns me most is not just the issue with the product, but the way it has been handled. As a long-standing customer, I expected a more understanding and respectful approach. This experience has been very upsetting, and I sincerely hope you will reconsider your position and offer a more appropriate resolution.”

A real disgrace !

I have been a customer for almost 15 years. I like the quality and the design. Since they don't have any shops any more, I have been buying on line. Their customers service has always be terrible, but this time it was worse than scandalous. A real disgrace ! One pair I received had a small fault : a small loop for holding a strap got missing and I found quite ridiculous to send the shoes back for such a trifle and wrote several time their customer service to send one to me, since my cobbler couldn't find the exact color. The only reply I received was an automatic e-mail warning me they had a lot of work and my request will be dealt later on. As you can imagine, they never did, although I wrote several times. I even try to phone several times a so called Genny, which is apparently the head of their customer care service ; the phone number was not correct or disused. Eventually my cobbler got me one loop in more or less the same color, so I kept the shoes. But Baldinini is as good as dead to me !

Amazing quality, design and craftsmanship❤️

I received my Baldinini shoes by UPS this morning and once again it proved to be one of the best quality - the leather, design and craftsmanship are amazing! I have many Baldinini shoes, boots, gloves and bags. Over the past 15 years I was buying them mostly in Milan and was always happy with my purchases. After Brexit it became more expensive as we need to pay Custom taxes, VAT and brokerage fees. I also had to pay £30 for delivery as the order was below £500 so all together I paid over £110 on the top of the purchase price for one pair of shoes, but it was still worth it.
I love ❤️ my shoes. Thank you Baldinini😊!

They really try hard to turn their…

They really try hard to turn their customers away. I struggled for almost 4 weeks to return my order and only after threatening to involve PayPal did I do so. One product was faulty, two did not fit. After this nerve-wracking process, they finally acknowledged my return and had the nerve to charge me for the return postage.

I own several Baldinini products bought from their stores but this was my last purchase from this brand.

Mistakes in products ordered - sent

Hi! I really like Baldidini products and have couple of them which bought in Italy in the shop. When were discounts announced, of course, I ordered from the website and very unsatisfied with the service. First of all I ordered shoes in blue, but received in brown colour, when I called to the customer support, they told to send shoes back and they will return money, but I paid for delivery of a wrong product and had to pay to send them back by myself to receive at least my money back. To all complaints they continue to answer that it was my mistake, not from their side.
Very unsatisfied with online shope and will never order again from them.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING! POOR QUALITY - INSANE PRICE

I purchased a pair of boots from the Baldinini outlet store for 200€ (reduced from 540€). After going home I realized one of the zippers is defective and opens on its own when I walk. I contacted the store and they said I can come back and they can give me a voucher to purchase something else, as they didn’t have another pair in my size. The outlet store is located 200km from my home and that wasn’t a feasible option for me as it would have cost me another 100€ and 1 extra day. They refused my offer to ship them the boots back via post.

I decided to contact the regular Baldinini store and explain the whole situation. At first, they were very understanding and offered to repair the shoes. I only had to ship them to Italy. I agreed and sent the boots via post.

After a week, without any prior notice from the customer service agent of Baldinini, I received a note that a package has been delivered - I got back the boots. Unfortunately, I opened the package and realized the zipper has not been repaired at all. They didn’t even touch the shoes and just put them in a different box and sent them back to me.

I contacted them and ask for an explanation and I demanded a full refund of the price I paid. They ghoasted me completely ever since. I sent them a reminder and got nothing.

This company is asking a ridiculous amount of money for their products and they offer super low quality and poor customer service. If you pay more than 500€ for a pair of boots you would expect them to last at least for a couple of years.

I would never buy anything from this brand again! Super disappointing both quality and customer service-wise.

Never again...

I purchased my first (and last) pair of Baldini loafers a month or so ago. When it arrived it looked great, little uncomfortable, but I thought leather would conform to my feet like all others. After 5 wears, shoes lost all shape, so they no longer look good. But worst of all, these are THE MOST uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. Not only did they not conform to my feet, they got progressively more and more uncomfortable. So much so, that today after getting dressed and walking around the house for 30 minutes before leaving for work, my feet were killing me, and I had to change shoes. Hundreds of dollars wasted and now I cannot even return them for refund to buy another pair. I don't understand where they get the nerve to charge so much for such uncomfortable shoes.

The WORST experience ever

The WORST experience ever! The sent boots were defected, i paid return and the delivery confirmed but for a few weeks already noone answering support emails, impossible to reach anyone over the phone(( I need my refund but Baldinini ignores any communication((( will initiate CHB to try to get my money back, dont buy from them

Very bad website service

The offers they send is almost impossible to access, the website is not working, tried three browsers Google Chrome, Edge, Internet Explorer. It is like an offer paper from a cheap supermarket, you see an offer, you come to three shops and can't find it. Very bad service,

Poor quality

I bought a pair of boots about 3 months ago. I have been wearing them to the office aprox. two times per week and they are already starting to tear apart. I tried to get support from their team regarding the repair or replacement of my boots as per the 2 year warranty and after sending several emails I am still waiting for their reply. The boots are of great design but the quality is really poor.

absolute garbage.

i purchased a pair of shoes by them, they turned out to be defective, they wouldn't accept the return, writing me bulls*** emails. end of story.

Bad quality and bad service

I bought a pair of boots that came with a defect. I returned them and ordered again a new ones and they came with another defect.
I won't buy again to avoid recieving a bad quality product.

I used to REALLY like this shop and…

I used to REALLY like this shop and bought a lot of things from them - everything great quality. Until I had to pay a £50 customs duty for the parcel shipped to the UK. Baldinini ships to many countries, but does not customs clear the goods they ship, so check carefully before ordering. UK customers - beware!
