Great service all round
Friendly helpful service with real people on the end of the phone to explain and answer questions. The whole process was very smooth even when using cyclescheme, and completed very quickly. Delivery was exactly when stated, and very quick.

Very pleased with balfes bikes. Bike came on time and all ready to ride. Price was better than any other company. Delivery was spot on and delivery company kept me informed of things, as did balfes, so balfes is definitely recommend and I’m extremely happy with my new bike
