Great service, great bike and nice discount

I bought the cheapest adult bike from their online clearance and had it delivered to their Kingston branch. I collected it a couple of days after ordering and a manufacturer's fault was noted by the store manager(?) and corrected the following day. I use the bike daily and it is amongst the best bikes I've ever owned, at a cracking price. I have been cycling over 60 years. Excellent service.

Purchased the bike online, sent over my Cycle2work voucher and bike was ready to collect by the following weekend. Could've collected it earlier, but i don't like close enough. The team in the shop had my bike ready to go within 10-15mins. Will be back to get it serviced.

Always helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. Prices are really good too and all cyclists should be supporting their local bricks and mortar bike shops. Balfe’s are my go to when there’s something I can’t fix myself.

Such a good experience buying from balfes? The shop had a great vibe and the shop assistant wasn’t pushy and let me take my time choosing the right products. He also helped with genuine advice without trying to sell me the most expensive version of what I wanted.

Excellent service. Although it took a bit longer than expected, staff kept me informed by email and text. Very knowledgeable staff about the issues I had with my bike and gave me some advice to support me through the next cycling season.
