Called the store and spoke to Matt. Really friendly and helpful. Went to the store about half an hour later. The young guys on the desk at the service area was friendly professional and knowledgeable about everything to do with cycling. Gave me some really useful info about maintaining my bike and things to look out for to ensure I maintain it properly and save money in the long run.I cannot fault the staff or the service. The replaced an inner tube for quickly. I thought I might need two but they suggested because of the age of the bike probably no need. They were right. Could have got an extra sale but instead that gave got a long term new customer. Would not hesitate to recommend them

Really helpful staff. Worked on a crank replacement and talked me through all the work. Clear about pricing and were able to easily add a stand to the bike at minimal cost.

A superb experience in buying a fantastic bike that I am delighted with. You don’t just purchase a bike you join the Balfes family. A family that loves cycling and all it has to offer. I am totally hooked. My round trip to Balfe’s is 60 miles and I believe it is worth that journey.

Would have been 5 stars except for the fact I kept trying to speak to your Gatwick branch which was the nearest branch for me but no one would answer the phone. So I then phoned Reigate who did answer and could place my order.
They-probably deserved 5 stars as did the delivery people.

Great range of bikes and very good prices but what really sets this Reigate team apart is their knowledge, enthusiasm and service. I bought two bikes here and Anthony who served me was an absolute star. I learnt loads, bought lots more than intended, but left the shop with two perfectly set up bikes. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
