Well packaged, assembly wasn't complicated being only 2 screws but they were a bit awkward and took awhile to get them through. Smart looking, easy to move around and lots of storage. I was able to get rid of a few Christmas cardboard storage boxes as this case holds a lot.

Fantastic Christmas tree. Wanted one for ages and took the plunge. The quality is second to none and the ease of having built in lights instead of dealing with unwinding countless strings of lights, plugs and adapters saves hours. Enough time to watch Elf again!

I wish I could give zero stars. I attempted to buy a tree in the sale. The tree wasn’t delivered and I have been messed about with the courier. I’ve been in contact with their “customer support” on a number of occasions who are incredibly unhelpful. Finally after almost a month they agreed to give me a refund but they will now no longer refund the delivery fee which has been the problem all along. The delivery is actually very expensive £12 and I am not paying this when I never go anything delivered. I will be taking this further. Worst service I’ve ever received. Do not recommend using balsam hill.

RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY - when you fail to deliver something, it’s your responsibility, not the buyer. The policy is illegal. I provided proof I was in and no delivery was attempted. And if you look, I had to contact you multiple times and kept being told to wait 24-48 hours by different people every time. I waited 1 month. Not acceptable and not good customer service. You have a brass neck trying to defend the service you provided, or lack of I should say. Hopefully this will show any potential customers to steer clear.

Not opened the box yet to my tree but it arrived so quickly.. Cant wait for December 26

Great guidelines on the website, all dimensions nice and clear. Close up photos of the products, especially tree branches which means you really see what you’re getting rather than guess work.

Great service, great tree and discounted price. Realistic tree with quality design and easy to put together. Some people may be put off by Balsam Hill prices but my purchase was discounted in their recent sale and despite the discount it would have been a very good investment anyway due to the superior quality. Very happy customer.

Second item (a wreath this time) I've bought from Balsam Hill, this has only reinforced our positive opinion.

I purchased this tree in the sale ready for next year.
I haven’t put it up but from what I can see it looks very realistic.
I researched BH and the reviews were very convincing that this company was a good choice.
Happy to review again in Dec when the tree goes up!

Very helpful with my situation

This is the second tree that I have bought from Balsam Hill. They are quality products, and a great buy in the January sales. They are quickly delivered, and come with their own reinforced storage bag and handling gloves. They look very realistic.

On the premise that I start with 5 stars and only deduct if there is a problem then it has to be 5 stars. The tree is realistic although as it's January I've only had a quick look. It was easy to assemble. It arrived reasonably quickly and I was kept informed of progress. It was well packaged. I had a couple of queries and my emails were answered quickly.

Once I told the company the item hadn’t arrived after a month, the company had the item delivered in two days. Very efficient

Lovely tree and decorations, good quality, just what I wanted, had an issue with something arriving broken, customer service team amazing. Sorted out the issue quickly and professionally. Thank you so much

Very good communication and delivery time. I will not be unpacking the item until the middle of April when I will have help to do so. After this time I will be able to give a full review so if you would like to contact me again at the end of April I will be happy to respond.
