Easy process, quick delivery, Lovely Tree. Very happy.

The website was easy to use and I found the product I wanted quickly. I was able to compare products to make the right choice.
I felt that Balsam Hill is a trustworthy company so I was confident I was ordering a good product.
Delivery was by ParcelForce which I felt was reliable and the tree arrived quickly.
The product is good with extras like a bag, gloves and tools to shape the branches.

The item ordered is lovely. My only issue was that when I contacted you both via the online form and direct email for an update on my delivery, as I hadn’t had any, I did not get any reply or correspondence at all.
My order did finally arrive but some kind of reply or update would have been nice.

Beautiful tree, but I made ah mistake and ordered an unlit tree so returned it. And will be ordering a pre lit tree. Can highly recommend Balsom Hill

I picked a pre lit blue spruce in the sale for £229 as they kept saying Ltd stock so I pushed the button and ordered , delivery was super fast 2/3 days I went back on the website to look for a garland to see the said same tree was now £199 ! I was gutted I emailed the company to explain my tree had just been delivered that day at the £229 price and felt disappointed on the £30 difference , but they weren’t willing to reimburse me the difference , I would of put it towards my garland I was thinking about getting ..
felt a little deflated by customer service !!

Premium quality tree: realistic appearance without the hassle of a real tree.

We had already bought a tree years ago which is now not good. It lasted so well and was so real. That is why we bought another one for Christmas 2026.

I ordered wreath and Christmas tree from this company.
Christmas tree was okay(simple green), but wreath which on the website had bright red berries and apples, in real life look dull and not bright red at all! This is customer misleading advertisement. When I asked for the refund they told me I had to pay 10£ for postage. I argued that misleading advertisement should not have buyer to pay for return, but returned for free since it was their fault. They refused citing it is due to their studio lighting. Well I am pretty sure normal people don’t buy the wreath to showcase only under a professional lighting and instead place it on the door under normal lighting conditions?!
After unwilling customer service experience who did not care and didn’t want to solve the problem, I decided that I will keep the wreath. It was on sale and I didn’t want to lose money on delivery in and return as well! So unsympathetic and terrible advertisement that doesn’t meet the reality. Will avoid this company in the future.
