A four figure amount was settled on 12/7/2019
As a result Mr. Owen resigned on 31/7/19.
Ms Nielsen (Managing Director) admitted that was badly advised.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company
I had to check that the review below relates to the same company as we have just used to tour the Baltics. Our 10 day tour taking in three countries (and we added Helsinki) was totally faultless. Yes facilitators are used but that is beneficial because it uses local expertise and that ensures good hotels in great locations, real expertise in the tour guides and excellent buses and drivers for the excursions and moving between countries. Nothing was too much trouble for Inga when setting up our personalised tour and nothing went wrong. The other travellers - an international group - were excellent company and there was not a grumble amongst them. Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia are fascinating places and each probably would make for good holidays individually as well as collectively.
