Banana moon new limited edition anxiety…
I got the new limited edition anxiety weighted hoody. I wanted to ask some questions first and their customer service was excellent. Not to mention hoodie amazing quality, I love the weighted feeling, the quality of the clothing is amazing. And the fidget and discreet figure of 8 grounding breathing embroidery is perfect.

Rekindled Merch
Banana Moon hit the mark with our corporate branding. The print is high quality and the embroidery was spot on. We ordered a mixture of tshirts and polo's in different sizes and all fit perfectly.

Quality products
Quality products. I particularly like the ‘proof’ stage of the process, which ensures that customer requirements are met. When my criteria needed clarification, BM were assiduous in offering designs, until the desired solution was achieved. Highly recommended for branded workwear.

Fantastic communication and great quality t-shirt design
I had a great experience with Banana Moon and would highly recommend their services. Communication was really fast and clear, with any issues being resolved really promptly. Our t-shirts were delivered very quickly despite our tight turnaround and Banana Moon did everything they could to help us with this deadline. The design came out beautifully, the colours are very vibrant and the t-shirts are great quality material.

I only order once a year - post my ski trip. I only order a very small quantity.

Fantastic customer service
I only needed to place a small order, but the team made me feel as important as their big customers. Sent them a rough picture of a logo, turned around very quickly the first proof, and then made a quick modification and produced the tee-shirt order. Great delivery!

Difficulties professionally and properly resolved
We found the website difficult to use for customisation, but once we enquired the sales team took over, gathered our order details via email and dealt with it really well, with great communication.
There was an error on the first shipment but they dealt with it immediately and shipped replacements without quibble.
