Good product, but don't expect the world at that price
I'd say this is exactly what I paid for: neither so cheap that it looks shoddily made from poor-quality materials, nor so expensive that you're taking a risk if your partner says "Meh". We find the choker chain(s) a bit finicky to get right since the lengths don't seem quite what you'd expect or to adjust quite as you'd hope, but the tiny bit of extra faff is worth it as the dress looks good on and we both like it.

Ordered some lingerie and pleaser…
Ordered some lingerie and pleaser shoes. Lingerie was ridiculously small. The shoes were not sent and the order cancelled on the website without telling me about it. They had however taken the money for the shoes from my account. After reminding them of this they sent a pair of shoes that were 2 sizes too small! I then had to pay the postage to send them back for a refund. Absolutely awful experience. Customer service didn't respond to my messages, I really got the impression they couldn't care less.

Nice quality, communication could be better
The boots arrived pretty quickly and were lovely, but didn't happen to fit. The return process isn't as simple as it could be, and communications could be handled better; I sent at least one email which never received a response, and the chat feature on the website doesn't give any real idea of how long you might have to wait for a response during working hours. However, overall a reasonable buying experience.

AWFUL service.
Shoes were meant to arrive within 6 days and they only shipped them after the shoes were due to have arrived.
They arrived 2 weeks after the delivery date and all of my emails were ignored. Definitely don't shop here the customer care is non-existent.

Quick delivery and great pair of boots . The only down side with pleaser and most boots companies they do not give you the calf or top thigh width all the time , which is vital when buying boots to know wether they will fit to tight or to loose !!
