I ordered two successive pairs of Pleaser Amuse 20 in patent white, but both pairs were faulty. They were both returned and quickly exchanged without quibble. I asked for Pleaser Seduce 420 in patent white to replace the second faulty pair of Amuse 20. Again, no quibble, and the Seduce 420 are fabulous! They're really well made, high quality, and fit like a glove in my normal male size UK8. Thank you Bananashoes for great customer service, good communication, and for caring about your customer.

Bannashoes were super helpful and the website is esay to navigate with a massive selection of larger sizes. Took a few extra days to arrive but was more than happy to wait in this day and age. And so happy I did, fantastic first time buy. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service. Tried multiple times to contact them. I’ve returned my heels & haven’t had a reply. Not very professional & not acceptable from a business. I’ll be letting my fellow drag performers know about this.

Worth the wait. I ordered boots 31st December got in touch with banana shoes to say I hadn't received them that was on the 18th January and fair play they txt to say they were on their way I received them today Saturday 22nd. I'm so pleased with my purchase lovley fitting boots and would definitely buy from this company again.

Absolute SCAM of a website. It’s been 3 months and I haven’t got my trainers yet. Don’t be fooled by these fake reviews and NEVER order from here.

Really happy with my recent experience with BananaShoes. They have re-done the website which was needed and it appears to have been taken over by a lovely woman Chloe how has been on hand to help select my new shoes. They have just arrived and I love them and there was a little Christmas treat inside...new stockings! Great little touch. Ill be shopping for a long time to come.

I had occasionally shopped online before at Banana Shoes and was always satisfied with the experience. I recently visited the website again and was immediately impressed by the fresh new look. It has a new owner who is clearly passionate and knowledgeable about the business. There is an enticing and wide range of luscious new footwear. This is perfectly complemented by the branded collections of alluring lingerie, clothing and hosiery.

The customer service is friendly, professional and attentive. The prices are very reasonable and my order included free next day delivery from DPD. I will definitely visit Banana Shoes more frequently now and see where the new direction takes it.

Banana Shoes has recently been taken over by a new owner who has completely transformed the site and my shopping experience. Orders are arriving so efficiently, the process is completely seamless. I've asked a couple of questions about orders and stock and receive almost instant responses. Plus I've just seen if you sign up to the new Newsletter you receive 10% off! Just in time for Christmas. I can't recommend this brand enough. PS LOVE the new stock!!!

Amazing customer service. Chloe has recently taken over the business and has put a lot of effort into the new site and customer services. I recently ordered some shoes from the clearance sale, which were AMAZING! and then ordered something truly stunning boots from the relaunch. I made a small error in the second order and Chloe was amazingly helpful in correcting this for me.

Really pleased with my shoes from here. Seem like good quality and were delivered very quickly. Have had loads of comments on them as well which is always nice. Found this company via their Instagram page which looks like it’s recently got a new owner - keep up the good work. Will be buying some more from them in the next couple of weeks and will review again then.

Ordered a pair of shoes in January - it's April now and they still have not arrived. A mail to their sales department remains unanswered. Avoid!
