Bad customer service
The banner was shipped from Germany to India via UPS where it's been stuck for over a week. Bannerbuzz have stopped responding to me. Our event is in a week's time and I would have wasted loads of money on a banner that either won't turn up or will arrive after our event.

Complete waste of time (and money)
Placed order on 14th May for a sample printed box and paid for urgent delivery - we're launching a new product and wanted to look at the chosen box design before potentially placing a much larger order.
Was given a delivery date of 21st May so everything seemed fine. Artwork was uploaded and approved within 15 minutes of the order being placed and assumed there would be no issues.
On 24th May, having had no email updates, with order stuck in 'In Production' on their website portal and no sign of a delivery, I contacted their customer services team and got a relatively quick response saying sorry for the delay, they currently had some production issues and that they would refund 50% of the fee I paid for delivery.
Two days later I then got a follow up email to say that the card I selected for the box was out of stock and they were offering a different one - slightly strange as assume they'd have known this when I placed the original order two weeks previously and also when speaking to their customer services team. Anyway, agreed to alternative straight away and got a new delivery date of 5th June.
We're now at the 9th June and the order is still 'In Production' and I'm awaiting a response to an email I sent 3 days ago to their customer services team. Given that most people in the reviews say it gets shipped from India, it doesn't look like we'll see this order anytime soon (if at all). We've had to place the same order with another company - there's absolutely zero chance of us ever using BannerBuzz again. The order was only about £30 and fortunately we did a test purchase before placing a much bigger order.....

Order was not delivered on time
Order was not delivered on time. Everything ordered was unusable and the whole process was a waste of time. I did get a full refund by that didn’t compensate for lost time and effort on my part. Use them if you don’t have a dead line and don’t pay for express service.

Do not even try. The business cards are the worst quality i have ever seen in my life . Also you will have to wait few weeks to receive your order .The delivery was late .

No customer support
Should have read the reviews first! Ordered a vinyl sticker, with a delivery date of Tues 27th May. I thought I was ordering from a UK company. When I went to track the item, it was sat in New Delhi airport for quite some time. Then I received a notification from them on the 27th, to say it had been delivered. Which it had not been. I contacted them to raise a ticked to find out what was going on. The automated response said the usually reply within 3 hours, or up to 24 hours. I have yet to get a response. Then on the 28th I check the tracking again, it was now in Germany. It turned up on the 30th. OK, so not too bad in terms of delivery time. But my issue is really that they were not clear in showing the item was not being produced in the UK, and that they didn't reply to my request for follow up.
Customer service and transparency are lacking. I will not be using this company again.

Absolutely terrible service and…
Absolutely terrible service and organisation, despite calling themselves BannerBuzz UK everything is printed and shipped from India and all the call centre is in India, despite paying for express delivery my order arrived 2 days late to the wrong address, call centre promised to ring back with updates etc but never did, banner arrived far too late to be useful so is just a write off

Avoid concerns & repeat the same stock info, products not made in UK.
They avoid answering questions or addressing concerns. Made in India which is not obvious when you order. I would never order business cards from so far away - what terrible air miles! Paid for urgent delivery and they arrived late after my event and I asked for refund and they ignored me.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed, we had an event planned, the banner was ordered a month before. There were some issues with the artwork not being high quality enough, this was sent in a different format, which corrected the issues. This caused a small delay.
We required the banners before a big event to advertise our club to the local community.
The banners were meant to be with us 2 days before, but still haven’t arrived and today is the event. They were for the specific event… so now cannot be used again… if they ever turn up.
Have had a great experience the first couple times we used them, but this time has been delay after delay and disappointment is with the delivery date.
The customer service has not been in touch since I could see the delivery dates getting changed every day… we are on the event day today and they still haven’t arrived…

Not delivered in time and no contact
Ordered car flags and paid extra for them to be delivered sooner to use in an event for our business. The flags did not arrive in the timeframe provided, despite the additional payment. Received no reply to contact to raise disappointment with this. Unlikely to use BannerBuzz again.

Sticker wasn't delivered
Sticker wasn't delivered. 30 emails deep to get black text on a sticker. Price was upped by 8 pounds. After two 30 minute phone calls a month later and 36 pounds down still no sticker.
So much spam and a complete lack of transparent process.
