For me it was a very quick turn around, and I was very pleased with the results. The templates are easy to follow, and it's a good quality flag. Great communication, and updates from time they received my design. You get chance to check (online) proofs and received advice/concerns about RGB/CMYK colour conversions. Bad delivery & customer service but banner was great
This was my 3rd order with BannerBuzz and the one where I was most disappointed.
I paid extra for urgent delivery and on the day before it was meant to be delivered, the tracking showed it was out for delivery. But it never showed up.
Instead of showing up the next day, the tracking said it would not arrive until Monday. However, I had ordered it to arrive by Friday as I needed it for the Saturday.
I spent all weekend asking for a refund on the £15.00 delivery charge, when eventually I was refunded on the Monday morning.
Item did turn up late on Monday but the item itself was fantastic.
Just poor customer service when there is a problem and unreliable delivery times. Hence the 3 stars.

As all of the negative reviews have said this company is NOT UK based....My banner was made up and sent from India....The material is completely rubbish and extremely thin, awful quality. We have requested an Urgent call, which you said would do within 2 hours...still waiting to here from them a day and a half later. When we were asked to check the design, we did this but assumed the line up lines on the screen would not of been printed all over on my now useless banner, which I needed for this weekend......WILL NOT BUY FROM YOU AGAIN.....PLEASE AVOID BUYING THIS RUBBISH AND WASTING YOUR MONEY FROM A RUBBISH COMPANY, WHO DO NOT CONTACT YOU LIKE THEY SAY THEY WILL. I visited a few websites for designing a few stickers / posters and BannerBuzz was by far, the easiest to use. I then got my proof images and had to get them tweaked because of distortion. (This was MY fault, not BB's, as the sizes I chose, were stretching the images to make them look unusable). After speaking to Dhariya, he helped me re-create the same image in to a better size for my projects. I had seven different pictures to use, and we (one by one) went through each of them, to give them the best display possible. Dhariya spent a lot of time on the phone with me and listened to what I wanted, and delivered perfectly. Not many companies give the level of service I received from these guys and I would recommend them to ANYONE who wants anything making, no matter how big, or small! Thank you Banner Buzz for making my experience easy and painless.

READ THE REVIEWS AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. There is no indication the business operates from INDIA. It is using a .co.uk domain so is pretending to be a UK company. You only find out when you check the delivery tracking which changes the delivery date every time you look. Then obviously, when the items arrive you will have to accept them irrespective of whether they are what you ordered or even of any use at all. My customer needed the vehicle graphics by today. I ordered specifically with the understanding that that was going to happen. Now I have had to cancel the installation and tell them I don't know when it will happen. I now look like I am running a poor operation and you can almost certainly guarantee that if and when they do arrive the quality will be so poor I will have to order again from someone else. HEED THIS WARNING. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FAKE UK COMPANY.

There was no indication on the website that our banner would be printed on India. The time taken from dispatch until receipt was 10 days, India to Germany to UK. Will not use Banner buzz again

I will not use this company again. Tomorrow I will send all documents about my orders to my lawyer. I had 7 orderes until now and I didn't received any of them without any problem or stress. I always had some problems about each order. This is enough. I specially ordered with fast delivery and paid extra for receive my orders 2 days earlier, but my order 2 days delayed already. I had several phone calls with them and nothing changed. I changed all my plans and installation date with my customer. I will make installation 4 days delayed. You have disgraced me in front of my customers and damaged my business reputation. They should learn take their job serious. When they will loose £15.000 in court for £175 order, they will learn maybe. We are not playing game here, we are doing business.

Ordered a flag, was promised It would be delivered in time, as it was for a very special trip, paid premuim delivery, It didnt arrive, countless phone calls to customer service and ups, having to call after midnight in the UK, when it arrived, it wasnt the specs id asked for.

Bad customer service
The banner was shipped from Germany to India via UPS where it's been stuck for over a week. Bannerbuzz have stopped responding to me. Our event is in a week's time and I would have wasted loads of money on a banner that either won't turn up or will arrive after our event.
