After much searching for Alpha clear shaft potentiometers for a special project, I found that Banzai was the only retailer that had them in all of the values I needed. When I ordered, I mistakenly selected linear rather than audio taper for eight 1M pots. When I contacted them to request that the order be changed to correct my error, their email replies were both courteous and professional, and their willingness to assist was outstanding. Excellent Service!

Good shop with many references. I have sometimes had problems with stock shortages but they have notified me in time and we have been able to solve it.

I have been a customer for years and I can only say that Banzai is one of the few shops with such a big parts variety aimed towards tube amps. It is such a relief knowing that I can find specialized or hard-to-find parts.

Banzai has everything. If you're looking for that particular CTS pot, high-end PiO tone caps for guitar in unusual values, or just some extra cool control knobs, this is probably the only place in the EU for it. And lots of other stuff, such as tools for pros and hobbyist. Also very helpful customer service. Quite amazing.

Great choice of electronics for guitars and guitar effects. I bought el84 output tubes and spare parts to fix my wah wah pedal at a very decent price.

I just bought 4 green Nichicon Muse ES 470uF 16V capacitors from Banzai Music for a fair price and they are working as they should. Banzai Music always has a nice large stock of components and there is no minimum order for private customers. As a satisfied returning customer I won’t hesitate to deal with them again. Recommended.

By far, the best selection of products for DIY'ers. They have pretty much everything you won't find in a single store online anywhere else. Price is good too and international shipment is veeery affordable. I buy from Brazil and never had any issues. Only problem I eventually have is a delay in shipping due to items out of stock that are not properly up to date on site. They answer emails quickly, though.
