Shipping could’ve been a little quicker but understandable given the time of year (December). Correct part sent and very happy with my purchase as it was difficult to locate it elsewhere. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service and customer support, a bit slow sending out stuff, over a week before it even shipped. But overall happy, it was very well packaged, even double boxed. And price was good.

Positive: Good selection of parts for amps/guitars/electronics stuff. Customer service works.

Negative: Delivery times can sometimes end up long. For example the previous time I ordered, it took 4 weeks to receive my order (within EU).

I have used Banzai for a number of years. Flawless performance every time and excellent prices.

Fast and good product, only problem was when I got my tubes in a box that was in bad shape, luckily they were not damaged. Maybe stronger box?

Customer service is flexible, friendly and responsive. The webshop has LOTS of references which is great but many times they claim a reference is in stock while it is not, which has put me in difficult situations with my customers in the past.
Processing order is also very slow in general.
But you cant really beat the price or the amount of references they stock.
