I was made welcome, listened to, the booking was very simple and the staff couldn’t do enough for me. :)

Very poor communication, emails ignored, had to phone them all the time.

Our holiday booking agent ( Laura) at the cumbernauld branch could not have been any more helpful answering all our question and going above and beyond by sorting and making sure our medicine bag for our daughter was all sorted cant recommend her enough she was absalutely brill. Highly recommend if needing your holidays booked then Laura is the woman to see.

Booked a Danube river cruise and despite problems with low river levels, Barrhead had our backs all the way. A level of service that other travel companies should be aiming for.

Very helpful, quick and efficient. Wasn't in for long but got what I was looking for. Very straightforward. Much prefer dealing with actual people and those who smile.

From the initial inquiry in Dundee, to making the booking, the service was excellent. Rachel listened to our needs and came up with a package that covered all that we wanted, and more. Textbook example of how to do things right through clear and responsive communication. Hopefully this will continue through the various steps up to the actual travel date.
