I purchased a blue watch strap, they sent white, I have sent 5 emails, received automated response, they have totally ignored me and I am £42 down, my next step is to try and get my money refunded from my credit card company, do not waste your money dealing with this pathetic company. They are dirty low life scammers

To preface - I had noticed some bad reviews before my recent purchase, but I had a good experience with Barton a couple years ago so I elected to give them the benefit of the doubt (to my dismay).

I ordered 2 watch bands from Barton in the beginning of June. I live in Hong Kong so I was fully expecting it to take a while for the international shipping. Decided to be patient and just let it turn up whenever it does.

I forgot about it until 2 days ago and realised I was still out of 2 watch bands, so I logged back in to check my order and it was still in "confirmed" status, with it saying they will let me know after it gets sent out.

Surprised the status did not change at all in over a month, I sent an email to them to ask about the order status. The next day, I receive an automated mail telling me my order has been cancelled as there is no stock and a refund will be issued. No apology or even a single word from a real customer representative explaining the situation.

They held my money for over a month and had no intention of fulfilling or refunding my order until I reached out. Appalled and deeply disappointed with the customer service, especially compared with the first experience I had with them a few years back.

Reading some of the other reviews here, I guess I should count myself lucky that I even received an automated response and had my money refunded.

Avoid this company.

I did not get the delivery, I got an email saying that the order was delivered but I didn't get it. I sent multiple emails asking about it but no response at all. I thought because they had multiple videos on youtube about their products would be a legit company but it is definitely a scam.

International delivery ranges from 15 days to 25 days - compared to next day for many local suppliers.

The shipping is also quite expensive, and of course, mandatory customs charges must be added on top..

Barton need to move away from this tectonic ground delivery service and look at quicker airmail options, or better EU distribution solutions.

The straps are good. It's a shame the stock is low.

A month after order parcel still in canada and no reply from customer service..

Updated: the strap arrived after 2 months still way to long so may be better for US customers than EU.
But the strap quality really good.

After ordering strap I happened to come across the negative reviews which made me a little nervous but happily strap was delivered today albeit some 11 days from ordering . Strap is really good quality and packaged very well and looks great on watch . Would I order again ? Yes I would all I would say is don’t expect a 2/3 day delivery after all is coming from US 😀

Finally received watch strap after waiting for 13 days from ordering. Product arrived in good condition. Sadly, the stress of waiting and wondering if I had been scammed tainted the whole buying experience.

I think I’m yet another scammed buyer. Look below at the number of complaints. No delivery. Contact with the company results in an automated connection to UPS with no delivery date available

I have had a Barton silicon strap on my watch for the last 6-7 years. It has been awesome but the buckle pin broke last night so I need to order another one.
I used the chat function on their website initially but was asked to provide my phone number by the public relations rep. I was contacted promptly and all of my questions/concerns were answered.
Josh was very positive, quick to answer questions, provide solutions, and was awesome to work with. It was refreshing to work with him and I hope Barton Watch Brands knows what a great asset he is to their brand.

Barton Watch Bands is an exceptional quality driven and customer focused company. It's my go-to when looking for any watch bands. Josh was a terrific customer relations contact - very positive, quick responses to multiple inquiries, great ambassador of the product, totally responsible for the purchase. I ordered a couple of rubber straps and a couple of fabric straps.

The rubber straps are really good quality and I was very impressed at this price point. One is for an Apple Watch, the other to wear with a few different watches. The quality does not look out of place when paired with a luxury watch.

The quality of the fabric straps is not as good, feels and looks cheap, in fairness it is a 25 dollar strap. The material is quite stiff and it just looks like a strap for 50 dollar watch and not to be paired with anything decent.

In summary, the rubber straps are good, the fabric straps not so good.

First of all, I talked to a live human being, Josh. Seriously the best customer service experience I’ve had in maybe two or three decades. Maybe even ever. He was extremely polite and courteous. If the rest of the company is anything like Josh, it’s a hell of a company.

Strap arrived quickly considering coming from US and without any extra charges. Looks and feels great.

I’ve purchased three replacement bands from Barton and I couldn’t be more pleased. The quality of their product (especially for the price) combined with a prompt delivery has been great. I’m aware that they did have an internal challenge(s) due to their rapid growth. However, from my experience they’ve been resolved . Great products from a good company. Steve K.

The bands are reasonably priced and affordable. I was not satisfied with one of the bands I purchased and a simple call to their support services resolved the issue. They stand behind their guarantees and very easy to work with.

Scammers one and all usual response of lack of stock lost,back order, we will walk your order through personaly, have received nothing placed order in December last year now March 14th have reported site to Google hopefully they will take down 👎👎👎👎 website saving others from this ever increasing problem of Scammer Sites they even went to the trouble of setting up a fake review pages. DO Not purchase anything from this site
