Im kicking myself for not reading the reviews first. What an idiot I am.
Ordered nylon army green fabric 24mm watch strap canqr-army-24-lng for Casio protrek.
Strap was £ 20 delivery £ 10 which I failed to spot. The strap took £ 25 days to arrive. It was well packaged but if very poor quality compared to the original strap.
No self respecting army guy would put this on his watch. I expect it to last 5 minutes.
We are now in June 2024 less than 6 months after purchase and as expected the strap now has started to wear away on the edges. I give it another month before it fails completely

As per other reviews (which I wish I’d read first) there is zero customer care. This business just takes your money via a website and that’s it. They sent me the wrong size band and added a set of spring bars to my basket which I didn’t order and was charged for. I’ve emailed them multiple times (ironically to the email address they ask other reviewers below to email to resolve) and no one has replied. I’ve been ripped off. Avoid is my advice as if any problems you are stuck. Awful.

I have 6 Barton watch straps and love them all. Leather, leather alligator, hybrid silicone/textile and silicone. Each time I change out a band on my watch it looks like I have a new watch. Barton replaced a band due to an issue and they immediately sent me a new band in exchange. EXECELLENT customer service. Super fast customer service. I use the "chat" to correspond to the agent and they are the best customer service team I have worked with so far. Barton offers a variety of great watch bands. They stand behind their product.

Product itself seemed reasonably OK apart from a defect in the stitching. The post-sale customer support is non-existent: I've sent two emails about the defect and received no reply after a month. Won't be going back to them again.

I ordered a watch band in September. It took three weeks for the order to arrive and guess what? It was the wrong band. Not the one I ordered.
I contacted their customer support and they were very apologetic. They promised me to fix it and send the replacement free of charge. Guess what? It’s been 7 weeks since and I am yet to see their promise to materialise.
I do not recommend buying anything from them.

Product itself is fantastic - top grade strap, love the quick release spring bars which made changing the strap very easy.
Only negative would be the delivery process but I don't think it's all Barton's fault. 18 days from order to delivery seems like a long time plus despite being delivered successfully there was no update on the UPS site to say it would be delivered today and it still shows it as 'on the way'.
If you don't mind waiting a while for a quality product then buy with confidence.

I purchased a watch band from Barton 4 weeks ago, including shipping protection the tracking information provided by Barton referred me to UPS. UPS indicated the item in question was to be delivered by Australia Post and provided a second tracking number which Australia post know nothing about. I sent two emails to Barton customer service seeking clarification and received no reply. All that aside the watch band has now turned up and is as described. A realistic indication of likely delivery times and better communication would have resulted in a 5 star review even with a 4+ week wait for delivery

I can say the customer service is great, but that is about it. First order via ups said it arrive (in the UK), but I never found it. Barton was quick to resend another, but after approx 14 days I find UPS has now shipped it back to the U.S., due to the address not being correct (second order was sent to an actual UPS point, so no idea why UPS can’t find a UPS drop off point….). So I gave up after this. No idea what the bands are like, I’ll have to order something UK based instead.

I have now purchased two bands from Barton to adorn watches in my collection that had original bands that were not satisfactory. The quality of both bands is excellent. Good materials, easy installation. And customer service has been very helpful and responsive.

Strap arrived today, around 10 days shipping to the UK, not too bad. Disappointed with the strap, feels like synthetic leather, despite stating genuine leather on the inside of the strap, does not smell like leather. Buckle feels cheap, it stated stainless steel, it looks like chrome plated. Strap is not very long. Quick fix strap pins are very thin, this concerns me as its for an expensive watch. Suspect it will not last very long.

Great customer service! I ordered the wrong clasp by mistake. They sent the correct one IMMEDIATELY, and sending back the old one was very easy. Quality of the watch band is very nice too!

I cannot say enough good things about Barton Watch Bands. In addition to having a great selection of quality watch bands at reasonable prices, their customer service is first class. On two occasions I have needed to exchange bands for a different size due to my screw up and they have made it as easy as possible. They also respond to emails with a real individual vs many of these AI responses you now get. I will continue to order merchandise from them in the future and highly recommend.

I will admit, i didn't realise they were an American company before i ordered. Despite this, two straps arrived to the UK within two weeks. They are good quality and exactly what i was after.

The Horween leather bands are great. The leather ages gracefully. I wear it everyday and everywhere, and it lasts about a year and a half before it starts to look used up.
The wrong band was delivered to me, but customer service sent me the right one free of charge. So no harm done.
Quality is very good for price range. I would definitely buy another band.

Poor quality, bands fall apart after few uses, for the price you would expect at least medium quality.
Have tried 3 products
Leather bands are layered and they start separating after about a month.
cloth bands unweave after a couple uses.
silicon straps break in the buckle holes.

Similar to so many others, shipping is ridiculously slow and customer service is a joke. I even paid $80 for Express Shipping via DHL only for them to ship the items via standard shipping. So was the point in paying extra? They indicate 3-5 days for Express Shipping on their site but my order is already 17 days old and I still cannot track the order. Customer support even tells me to be patient despite paying $80 for a service that they seemingly did not provide.
