You offer products that I like
You offer products that I like - jigsaw puzzles, interesting books & cards, and unusual gifts. I especially like the pop-up cards. The things you offer are above average in many ways and it is a pleasure to give them as gifts.............. as well as keeping them for myself!

Poor quality control
I ordered the floral Wellies in size 10. The first pair I got was a size 8 and both boots were for the left foot. I called and the customer service person took my info, told me how to return the boots and that they would correct the order and send the correct size with boots for both feet. I received the second pair a few days later. Slight improvement since this time there was one boot for each foot, but still in size 8. I called and told the woman to just refund my money. So I'm sending the second pair back and buying from a site with better quality control. I gave it 2 stars because (1) the customer service people I spoke with were very nice and tried to fix the problem and (2) I didn't have to pay to return the boots. l probably won't buy clothing from them anymore though.
