Robbers

After I cancelled my subscription and removed my direct debit, they still kept counting me as a member — even though I wasn’t even in Spain during that period! Now they’re demanding payment for three months when I was living in Berlin. Madness!

To complicated.
The Club ist closed in the opening day till 11am. I've gotten no message about it.However, I receive a ton of spam from the club every day but not a single important message.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to inform you that an error occurred during my recent subscription to the Flex plan.

My intention was to subscribe to the basic monthly Flex plan; however, I was incorrectly charged for an annual plan, which does not correspond to the option I selected.

Therefore, I request the immediate correction of my subscription to the intended plan (basic monthly Flex plan). If this is not possible, I formally request the immediate cancellation of the contract, along with a full refund of the amount charged.

Please note that I am within the 14-day withdrawal period applicable to distance contracts under European law, and I expect this matter to be handled with urgency.

I kindly ask you to confirm receipt of this request and inform me of the resolution as soon as possible.

Confusing and not so user friendly registration

Registration and logging in for the first time is not user friendly at all.

The worst Gym you could go

They are all lies,
At first they said you have 5 free week for your new subscription and the employees in the gym said I can cancel anytime without charges, but when the time comes you can't cancel, they say you have to pay the membership to the end monthly, but at the beginning I had 14 days to freely cancel or change my subscription which I changed it in that 14 days and then my 5 free weeks were gone WITHOUT ANY NOTICE WHILE CHANGING because I changed, I contacted and the worst costumer service I have ever seen said no it is a new contract and we cannot give you 5 weeks and we cannot do anything, And if I. cancel I have to pay till the end, also they never let me talk to somebody at least on the phone and also their live chat costumer service only wants to close the chat and end the conversation. If I was not a student and had enough financial assets I would definitely sue them. In every country and service there are benefits for the students where basic fit only wants to grab your money that you save day by day instead of supporting you to train and have a healthy life along your studies

Please note that all conditions regarding our promotions, including the 5 free weeks, as well as the terms for cancellation and contract changes, are clearly outlined in the Terms and Conditions signed at the time of subscription. When a membership is modified within the 14-day cooling-off period, it often results in a new contract agreement, which may void previous promotional offers depending on the specific terms of the new plan.

Our records indicate that the commitment period and the loss of the promotion upon changing your plan were processed according to these established policies. We understand this is not the answer you were hoping for, but our Customer Service team must adhere to the contractual agreements in place for all members.
